I enjoyed this place for a while and then decided to cancel my membership because I joined a larger gym with more amenities. I made several attempts to cancel my Hotworx membership (in writing) and even with confirmation of cancelled membership from December of 2024 they're still charging my card a year later. I just had to cancel my credit card and who knows if I will ever get back all of the money that was charged an not authorized. You would not believe how many attempts I've made to cancel this membership to no avail. I'm always told it will be taken care of it and it never is. Had this not been a problem I would have recommended this place because I really did like it when I was using it. I know of others who have had this same problem with cancellation. Don't join unless you're prepared to deal with continued charges after you end your membership.

I was on the fence of joining but decided to jump in feet first and I love it. I’m not in to big group classes and I like to keep to myself, I enjoy popping on my headphones and listening to music/audiobook during the HIIT sessions. It does get busy, but there are plenty of open slots 24/7. They keep the facility exceptionally clean and I love the Eucalyptus spray.

Buyer beware. The classes are boring and repetitive. They lock you into contracts that are difficult to break. They force you to buy their overpriced yoga mat and towel. Run don’t walk away. Save your money. Such a headache.

I had been looking at Hotworx for a couple days and decided to take a tour. Bernice walked me around and explained how everything worked. She signed me up for a free session and I chose Hot Pilates. It was my first time ever doing a workout in a hot atmosphere. I immediately signed up for a monthly plan! Bernice was so friendly and helped me through the process. I hope it will be great!

Absolutely love hotworx! This place has changed my whole outlook on gyms. I am postpartum and coming here has allowed me to have my space and time but also allowed me to see actual results. I am about 90 days in and have lost 8 pounds and have seen changes in not only my weight loss but also muscle tone. The owner Lisa is so cool and easy going. She is so helpful! I’ll be here for the foreseeable future :)

From the moment I walked in, the environment felt warm and welcoming — and a huge part of that was thanks to Berenice! She greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and took her time walking me through everything. She explained the membership options clearly and made sure I understood how to use the facility’s equipment without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.

Bernice was quite literally the reason I signed up for Hotworkx. I was scared to go in for a free class but she put me to ease right away. I hate when I go to places and it just feels like they can’t take no as an answer or are trying to upgrade you. My experience at Hotworkx was the exact opposite and I really appreciate that. Bernice gave me a full tour, set me up not only with 1 class but gave me the option to do the a second ISO class.

I highly recommend coming to this location if you’re looking for a change in your workout routine!

Take your money anywhere else!! I would rate this place 0 star if possible all due to the manager who has been unprofessional and was rude . It took 2 months for her to call me back after I called multiple times and i left countless voicemails.. 2 months !!! When she finally called me she was giving me a hard time about refunding me the difference that they owed me and that i was told by a staff member wouldn't be a problem, she said she would get back to me and i would no longer be charged . It has now been ANOTHER 2 almost 3 months of my calls not being answered or returned and on top of that I continue to be charged ! I even went in person to the establishment and was told the manager would call me back and she still hasn't . I've never experienced such terrible unprofessional service.

I am obsessed with Hotworx! My husband and I go faithfully five times a week for 30 minutes and have seen amazing results with our sleep and in toning up our bodies. Not only is it a quick and efficient workout, but Bernice is literally the sweetest employee. She welcomes you with a warm smile, explains the Hotworx products and booking systems in detail, and she is always ensuring that the facility is spotless and clean. She informed me of a point system that I wasn’t aware of and I’m so excited because I’ll be earning points towards money off some of their products! Lisa is also amazing, she is the owner and treats you like a longtime friend or family member. I encourage everyone to at least try it out because you will be hooked.

I found my sanctuary of fitness. After coming from a huge busy gym, Hotworx was exactly the change I needed. Private infrared saunas, with tons of workouts, hot Pilates, hot Barre, Hot yoga, hot stretch etc. Open 24/7 great for my busy schedule. Clean and the staff is amazing!!!

What more could you ask for!? Everytime I came to this location everone looked amazingly In shape. So you know these workouts are working. It's very clean and easy to book your appointment. Loved that it's 24/7. The 15 minute workouts were what I liked best with my crazy schedule. Overall highly recommend.

I absolutely ❤️ HOTWORX. The infrared sauna workouts, guided by trainers on the TVs is top tier. I love that you have 24hr access and must book online. Which allows you more privacy while your body cries. 🤣💦😰 My favorite sessions are Thunder Row, Hot Blast, & Hot Warrior. I have noticed a huge difference from increased flexibility, better digestion and of course a slimmer figure. The facility is always clean, & the eucalyptus spray gives the added aromatherapy during your sesh & clears out BO. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend 😉

Wow! This studio is beyond my expectations! Lynda has made a huge impact on my fitness journey and overall health. She is super friendly, supportive and knowledgeable.
The entire staff is super helpful and friendly. If you want to take your weight loss journey to the next level this is the place.
