My husband and I love coming here, we always get a great workout! It’s only 4mins from our home!! Staff are always nice & helpful! Studio is always cleaned and disinfected! I love the upgrades to the volume in the saunas!! Thank you!!

I joined HOTWORX a few months ago & have been loving it! I have all access membership so I have checked out several locations…& I have found everyone that works here are very friendly, but the paseo location has been the friendliest & cleanest!! I appreciate Lisa & her team keeping it clean & well stocked with wipes & eucalyptus spray (this is a bonus & not found at all locations). If you’re looking for a good location to join or visit in Albuquerque - this is the best!

HOTWORX 24 hour infrared fitness is semi private and exclusive to members only. It’s my favorite place to exercise while getting infrared sauna benefits & results. There are 12 different exercise sessions my favorite are stretch & cycle! My body feels so much better & I feel a total body detox with improved sleep & less stress. You should go try it. I love the Hotworx studio at this location. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I am a doctor of OB/GYN, so the fact that the studio is open 24/7 means I can make classes work with my busy and irregular schedule. I feel very safe there as well during non staffed hours. The heat and infrared energy really do give you a great workout in less time, and they make my muscle stiffness and soreness from work immediately better. The workouts also have great variety from gentle stretch to intense cardio classes. Would definitely recommend Hotworx to people of any fitness level.
