Just had my FIRST free workout—and WOW. I jumped into a hot Pilates class, and let me tell you: it was an absolutely electrifying experience. At first, I wasn’t sure I could handle the heat, but once the workout kicked off, I was so locked in, I forgot all about it. The sweat? Insane. The energy? Off the charts. I followed their hydration tips (pro tip: do it!) and felt incredible after.

The entire space is spotless, easy to navigate, and seriously well-designed. And the staff? So welcoming, so motivating—they made me feel like I’d been part of the community forever.

10 out of 10. Best workout I’ve ever had. If you’re even thinking about trying it—DO IT. Your body will thank you.

I enjoy working out here. It has a stress free environment. It's not an open gym but a place with 10 saunas that fit up to 3 people in each. The classes are offered throughout the day so it's easy to fit in my schedule.
