I love this place! I’ve been working out here for about three weeks and it’s the first time I’ve stuck to an exercise program for more than a couple of days.
The exercises are great, and I love the staff that I see in the morning. Jonelle and Cole are very friendly and offer an encouraging greeting every morning. They both seem a little obsessive about cleaning, which I absolutely LOVE!

Cancelled my membership due to Janell being extremely rude on the phone. Cole was the only team member that was trying to resolve an issue i had with my app and was extremely nice. Good place to work out just extremely disappointed with how Janell handled my situation and was extremely rude.

Hotworx is the best! Staff is always so kind and helpful with every question Ive had and they are always so welcoming. When I joined the owners were super helpful and kind to get me set up as well as staff giving me a tour of the facility and instructions on how to use the equipment. It is always super super clean inside which is so appreciated! 10/10 must try at least once

Wow! I stopped by today to get a tour of the HotWorx facility and Cole helped me! Not only was he kind and patient, but he’d prepped the sauna for me before I arrived and took the time to walk me through how to adjust the equipment, use the saunas, the app, and much more. It’s been awhile since I’ve received the kind of customer service he provided today and because of that, I had to leave a positive review! If you’re looking for a place that provides a good workout but also, treats their members with care, I would highly recommend this location! Great experience! Cole at the front desk was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about hotworx. He explained the process to me, answered all my questions and assisted me with making sure I was all set for the trial.

The hot sauna was great and intense! Once I cooled down I really saw all the benefits of working out in the infrared sauna. Must try at least once !

Hands down the best workout I have had in a while. The sauna makes it all. I have been attending since the doors have opened in Santa Fe and I love it. App is easy to use for session schedules, the space is pristine in cleanliness and the staff are friendly. There are so many benefits to the two combined, Sauna and exercise where the cost is worth the investment. A thumbs up!!!

This place is amazing! Workouts when you can fit in your schedule, open 24/7. infrared saunas are super clean. Owners and manager are so sweet and kind and patient. We are so lucky to have this place in Santa Fe! Love love love!!
