One of a kind studio with a vibe unlike any I’ve ever experienced. I’ve attended studios across the country and on a few other continents. The sense of community, coupled with the attention to high levels of fitness make Indigo rather unique.

This is a warm, welcoming, safe space for those who are new to yoga and those well-practiced, alike. They have really helped me get back into a practice which I lost during the pandemic. The instructors are kind and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of styles of yoga, too. Highly recommended

Took a 75 minute bikyasa class with Jessica Vidal . It was FRICKIN AMAZING!! She has an incredible class. A beginner that has never tried bikyasa can do her class without feeling intimidated or judged. The way she teaches it is a great class for someone who has never done it or is just getting started. BUT she maintains an amazing balance for advanced students as well, pushing them by motivation and refinement of where and how to take your practice further. Seriously you can’t go wrong with taking a class with Jess !!! So cool to see the teacher she has developed into.

Everything about this place is welcoming and beautiful. I just did Annalee’s kundalini session and she’s absolutely amazing- a brilliant talented teacher with super healer powers. I’ve heard wonderful things about the other instructors as well. I can’t praise Indigo Yoga enough! Highly recommend.

If you want hot 🔥 🧘🏾♂️ yoga, this is the spot. Everyone I've talked to says this is the warmest place to practice. In addition, it has great instructors. The people who practice here have been super friendly as well. A few yogis have invited me to practice with them at other classes. I highly recommend Indigo if you're for a day or if you're a resident. My favorite classes are the Hot Bik-Yasa and Buti taught by Kristina. It is truly a pleasure to practice here. 🙏🏾

Visiting from another state. I found Indigo Yoga on the Mind Body App. I signed up for 2 guest passes and attended 2 hot yoga vinyasa classes. Both instructors were wonderful, skilled instructors with strong sequences. The studio is clean, peaceful, beautiful. Patrons were all kind and welcoming. It helped me a lot to be able to practice while I was on the road. Thank you.

I’ve practiced yoga across the country and I easily can say that Indigo Yoga is the most low-key, easygoing studio that I’ve ever attended. The staff has been warm and welcoming, and the heated style has done so much to step up my yoga practice. They also have a full schedule of class options to fit any schedule. Kudos to Indigo Yoga!!

Indigo Yoga has been extremely welcoming. I had never had the courage to go to a studio, I always felt out of place and that I didn't belong. I feel lucky that I had the courage to walk in. I have been practicing at Indigo for about 10 months. It has become a place of healing and inspiration for me.

Recently moved to Las Cruces and this is the first studio I have checked out here. I had never done a Bik-Yasa class which is awesome!! My first class was with Jessica and second with Sergio!! Both were amazing instructors with great energy!! Look forward to the many different style classes!! Also, I was greeted by the owner Whitney today who was very welcoming!! Awesome studio!!

Great yoga studio. So close to my house, love all the instructors and the fact they offer free classes. As a college student who doesn’t have a ton of free time ( or money) there are multiple free classes throughout the day which accommodate to my schedule. I also find this as a great way to destress from life, I find myself handling situations with less stress than I have in the past. Thank you indigo!

I am forever thankful for this studio. I started my journey almost 2 years ago during a very bad place in my life. I was taken away by how friendly and welcoming everyone was. I was an athlete for the greater part of my life and I started doing yoga as a means of healing from unhealed injuries. As I continued to practice I learned the benefits of not just the physical but the mental that I started receiving. I am forever grateful to Whitney who not only embraced me but lent a helping hand when I was broken inside. She didn’t know me from anything and I soon learned the magic of what this studio offered. Yes toga can be a great workout, but the sense of Community, encouragement, and very real happiness that everyone has for one another as they progress is something you won’t get in a gym. It’s not just about physical health and what your body looks like, this studio helps with the mental health and self care as well to grow and evolve from within. FOREVER GRATEFUL. 🙏🏽

This yoga studio has changed my overall outlook as a yogi partaking in yoga. I am a seasoned athlete who has repeatedly injured herself. I looked to yoga after my first surgery about two years ago. I have hopped around different yoga studio around New Mexico but indigo is like no other. That teachers are extremely trained and educated, the classes are unique, & as a person I feel overwhelmingly welcome. There are so many opportunities for Workshops & free classes so people of all levels can experience the entirety of what indigo yoga has to offer!

I really enjoy this yoga studio! I've been practicing yoga on and off for well over a decade in various parts of the country, and my experiences in Las Cruces have been the best by far. The local yoga community is strong, engaged, kind, and endlessly supportive--and especially active at Indigo Yoga . Indigo offers a wide variety of classes, including Rocket and Ashtanga, Bik-yasa--a popular hot yoga class, Kundalini, and Yin. All of the teachers are outstanding, and there are classes offered every day of the week at a variety of convenient times. Some of these classes are offered for free so that new patrons have the opportunity to try out the studio "risk free," which is a really nice and generous thing.
Speaking of generosity, I want to take a moment to highlight the studio's owner, Whitney Koerper. Whitney is an excellent teacher--her classes are among the most challenging but also the most inspiring and healing. I started coming to this studio regularly after experiencing a serious health problem, hoping that increasing my yoga practice would help me deal with the joint pain that was a side effect of medication. It did--the pain is gone--but more importantly than that, it has helped me learn to manage my post-health-crisis anxiety, which was a much bigger problem than the joint pain and much harder to solve. All of the classes I've taken here emphasize mental training as well as physical, and I think it's one the reasons why the studio has such a loyal following. It certainly made a huge difference for me.
Whitney has also done a tremendous job of bringing in teachers from throughout the country to offer workshops and other training opportunities--opportunities that are seldom available in a community of this size. She goes out of her way to help students with limited resources participate in these classes and events--negotiating payment plans, offering discounts, and even allowing students to work it off. She's created a really strong yoga community here in Cruces, and I'm very grateful for it.
