Nice gym with an old school vibe. There is a day pass and a weekly pass available for those traveling through Santa Rosa. It also has an outdoor area.

I am not grading it critically. I am grading it on the fact that in this small town someone opened a gym. This gym has all you need . Support it and the owner so it can grow please. Tons of heart!

Was a great old school atmosphere only six people in there .. we all shared the dumbells through our workout . Everyone in there was...killing it!..
If im ever in your cute lil town again ill make a point of it to train at lion heart.!!!!
