I was so delighted to find such a welcoming and awesome yoga studio in town when we moved to Alamogordo. The atmosphere is down to earth, the instructors are wonderful, and the community is so friendly!

I was new to yoga and visiting White Sands for photography. I searched for a yoga studio and found this one. It’s hard to find healthy food and lifestyle places in Alamogordo, and this studio is in a mostly abandoned shopping center. Don’t let that fool you! The class I took was full and was a great experience. I walked out of there feeling centered and relaxed. Even better, Cynde told me where I could get healthy food while I was in Alamogordo. Later on my trip I took a yoga class in Sedona, but the one I took here was much better, and half the price.
