I’ve had such a wonderful experience at this studio! Natascha is an incredible instructor — she’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you’re doing each movement with the correct form and posture. She truly cares about her clients and their progress. Every session feels personalized, supportive, and effective. I have done Pilates with different instructors over the years, and Natascha is by far the best! She uses her background as a physical therapist to modify exercises to each person's needs. Her classes are amazing. I'm so glad I found her!

I have been taking classes at Natural Movement Pilates for the past four years and I can't be more grateful for all that I have learned. Natascha is amazing and her background as a physical therapist has been instrumental in helping me work out in ways that manage my scoliosis through strength. What has made keeping up with my Pilates routine so easy is that the classes are very customizable and adjustments can always be made. Even if you're an advanced student, if you're having an off day, accommodations can always be made, so coming to class never feels unmanageable. So grateful to have this amazing resource in our community!

This practice has changed how I move and feel in my body! As a long time runner and yoga practitioner, the reformer Pilates class with Natacha is a welcome change and new experience of finding strength and stability within my body. Natascha’s background as a physical therapist is integrated through out her teachings which are fluid, fun, and challenging.

I had a great experience at Natural Movement Pilates. Natascha is very experienced teacher. She immediately knew how to modify exercises that fit my capabilities as only a seasoned professional does. Plus, she was very warm and friendly and I was at ease even though it was my first time to her studio. I plan on scheduling a workout next time I am in Las Cruces. I also plan on having Natural Movement help my elderly mother who her exercise.

I woke up one day and couldn’t walk. My feet hurt so bad. I went to a foot doctor and was given three options. Then I remembered Pilates helped a lot of people I knew. So I scheduled with Natasha and first class I got 50% relief and 4 classes later I was 95% better. I ignored my neck pain for months that it ended up moving down my spine and threw off my alignment so my feet were hurting. Natasha’s knowledge of the body is amazing. She was my miracle worker.

I can’t recommend Natascha and Natural Movement Pilates enough! When I started my Pilates journey, I was recovering from almost a 2-year long struggle with a back injury that impeded my mobility and my ability to be active. I did physical therapy for nearly a year with very little improvements to my pain. I was out of shape and battling depression because I couldn’t move the way I was used to. After a month in the studio, I had increased my strength, mobility, and functional movement so much that I was able to start running again! After just a little over 3 months in the studio, I’m back to running 5ks, weight lifting, and I’m COMPLETELY PAIN FREE. Natascha’s careful guidance and expertise has given me my life back. I will be forever grateful for finding such a wonderful studio and teacher to practice under. On top of all of this, Natural Movement is a studio that feels safe, clean, and peaceful to come practice.

I have been enjoying the benefits of Pilates with Natascha for 3 years. Never have I stayed with any fitness program this long. Natascha keeps class interesting, fun and gives the best personalized training. My core strength has improved beyond my expectations. My balance and flexibility, as well. Last Fall I knew knee surgery was necessary so Natascha worked with me for 3 months pre-op to help develop the muscle strength for knee support. My post op was better than expected by surgeon and physical therapist. I was back to class in 3 weeks! Natascha is the BEST and I appreciate her guidance in getting this 72 year old in the best shape ever!

I really enjoyed my class with Natascha as she is very attentive to certain muscle groups and injuries I've had in the past. I've gone to bigger Pilates sessions with other businesses before and found I wasn't seeing much of a result- but not with Natural Movement Pilates. At Natascha's studio, Pilates is the highlight of my week as Natascha has such great positive energy every time we work out and provides individual feedback. I highly recommend a reformer class with her!

I have spent my entire life exercising in one form or another and as I age, I recognize the importance of strength training, improved posture and flexibility. Natascha is not only professionally trained as a physical therapist, she is a certified STOTTS pilates instructor. I have never felt better. I only wish I could be privately trained by Natascha everyday. Don't wait another moment. Call her. I recommend a private session or two before joining a class. She is keenly aware of the musculoskeletal system and can help you with pain, range of motion and strength training.

I started my pilates journey about 3 months ago and haven’t looked back since! Since starting pilates I have seen a noticeable difference in my physique, strength and even moods throughout the day. It has become something I miss on the days I can’t attend. Natascha is so knowledgeable and is always introducing new workouts to keep us challenged. Even in a group setting Natascha manages to pay close attention to each one of her students and how our bodies may be struggling or thriving with each workout.

My God mother practiced Pilates well into her late 80's and was very graceful and strong. As I reached my mid 60's I needed to up my game physically. I was healing from a knee injury and I needed physical therapy that took into account my whole physical being, not just the knee!
I searched for a Pilates studio in Las Cruces NM , and I was blessed to find Natural Movement Pilates. Natascha Preiss is heaven sent. I am a transformation in process, more flexible, more endurance, and building strength. Chiropractor, Massage therapist and Doctor are impressed with the transformation.

Natascha Is an incredible instructor. Not only is she a lovely person to be around, her cues are easy to understand for beginners (it was my boyfriend’s first time!), her pacing is on point and her class is challenging but not straining. (As an instructor myself I felt challenged and taken care of!) Great focus on alignment as well as the individual’s level of fitness and comfort with each move. Natascha has also created a lovely community around her Pilates practice. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.I can’t wait to come back to Las Cruces and work with Natascha (and her new Cadillac!) again.

There aren't enough words to explain how awesome Natasha is. She takes time to listen to her clients and to understand their needs and limitations. Shes never intimidating, infuses humor and makes learning SO EASY. Natasha has created a calming, nurturing, non-judgemental atmosphere that allows you to be yourself. My sessions with my Pilates partner Debbie and Natasha are as much mental and emotional therapy as well as physical. I leave each session energized and uplifted. Natasha's main commitment is passing on her knowledge of Pilates and a healthy lifestyle. I sincerely mean ever word in this post. I am so glad to have found this studio, and Natascha! From our first one-on-one, I knew I was in good hands. Natascha is well-trained, experienced, warm, and welcoming. She really listens to and engages with each individual to help them meet their goals. I have loved the reformer group class, and feel challenged each time. I'm also feeling stronger and healthier; these classes anchor my week and encourage me to be mindful of taking good care of my body each day—I'm attentive to my posture, getting some exercise daily, eating well, sleeping, managing stress. Natascha is a maestro at Pilates, movement, anatomy and teaching. She pays attention and works with each person in class at their individual ability. I have been taking weekly private mat classes from Natascha for six years. She is an amazing teacher. Her background in physical therapy enables her to customize workouts according to the needs and limitations of her clients. Her advice has helped me through various knee and neck injuries--I always feel better when I leave. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is always learning. She loves what she does.
