Just off the base of calling this place and them just saying hello and I had to ask if this was the gym they said. Oh yeah this is us. On top of charging $100 enrollment fee to make sure we have screened out the people that would actually respect this place just sounded a bit off to me and not worth my money or time. Guess I'm just used to good customer service and a good gym from where I'm from

There are not many recent reviews to reflect the current state of this gym as most of these reviews are relatively old.

Pros:
- Ease of access
- Clean environment
- Safe
- Friendly staff
- Enough equipment for full upper & lower workouts
- Straight forward process once signed up

Cons:
- Not much cardio equipment (e.g, 1 treadmill, 1 stair master, 2 Jacob's ladders, a few bikes and elliptical machines)
- Equipment has a very slow repair/replace time, although equipment doesn't break too often other than the treadmills.
-There is not many amenities other than a water cooler.

Additional Note:
- Staff is not onsite unless appointment is scheduled.

Further information:
I have been attending this gym for quite awhile and have seen different iterations on how it is ran. Right now, it seems like more of a hands off approach. This is fine, but there are some caveats.

As of right now, there is one 30lb dumbbell that has been missing and not replaced for what I believe to be over a year at this point. Not the biggest deal, but adds the to the full picture.

There is only one functioning treadmill as of the date of this review. Further, throughout the past few years, there has maybe been only 2 working at most at a time. These treadmills are never repaired/replaced, constantly under maintenance.

Other than that, the staff is super friendly, the gym is always clean, and the overall culture and people in this gym are friendly, helpful, and generally pretty nice.

Very, very complete selection of equipment, I'm not aware of anything you may want to do for lifts or exercises that they don't have a piece of high quality equipment for. Location is excellent for where I live, and the place is always clean and a suitable temperature. Incredibly convenient to be able to use it anytime day or night. The only drawback, and it's not enough to keep me from giving it 5 stars, is some of the members who come in very early, like I do, tend to bang the weights around excessively like they are purposefully making as much noise as they can. Not cool. I made use of the personal trainer services of Aaron Ordonez, and I can't say enough good about him. Five stars as well, and my highest recommendation for his services if you try out working with a personal trainer. If you follow his program, he will help you achieve the goals you set for yourself.

This has been one of the best gyms I’ve been to. I have been here for almost two years now and it was the best change I made. Atmosphere is great gym equipment is top of the line. All the added things you can do is awesome. Supplements, protein, pre-workout, etc. is always on the shelf and great prices. I would recommend this gym to any and all. Give it a try. This is a great gym. When the owners Tyrel and Clarissa were in the process of renovating, my wife and I were the first ones to sign up before it was actually open, and we have not been disappointed. It is very spacious, lots of various equipment, and very, very clean. For anyone who is into spinning, it has that too! The owners are friendly, sincere, very helpful, and a phone call away if we have a question, etc. And we love the fact it is a 24-7 gym.

There is a variety of equipment and open 24/7. The members are courteous, polite and always offering a helping hand, which makes a huge different in overall experience at gyms.

I've been going to this gym since it first opened. No Excuses is the best gym in Silver. The price is what you pay for. If you want to be cheap then expect a cheap gym. No Excuses has very good equipment. The atmosphere in the gym is always great. The staff is always making sure everything is kept clean and making sure you have a great workout. No Excuses is the place to workout in Silver.
