I a so pleased to have stumbled across Pam's studio. She is a true coach in the most graceful and expansive way. I am part of her running program and am extremely grateful for Pam's presence. I had been a "hardcore athlete" that hit a rough patch of ten years. My ego did not want to come back in the shape I was to "get fit." Pam treats everyone with kindness and brings and effervescence to the workout that enables me to accept where I am. I will definitely continue in her running program and am eager to take Tom's strength training class. Tom runs with us and has the same open attitude as Pam. One last thing about her running program, Pam has us do intervals to start and it has given me greater access to my endurance. Join, it's worth it and it is very inexpensive for such priceless experiences!!

Iβve been going to O2 for over 2 years now and its still a breath of fresh air. Pamela is an amazing trainer and has encouraged me and pushed me when I needed it. Iβve never been an athlete but Iβm now 30 and in the best shap of my life. I feel amazing! The studio is beautiful and fresh I look forward to going even when Iβm feeling lazy and donβt want to work out. This place is amazing look no further give the O2 crew a try!

Clean, convenient (right off the 40 at Rio Grande) and a great workout! Iβve been spinning at o2 for a few months and they do a great job with their location and spinning classes. Love this studio!

I just started going to O2 fitness a few weeks ago and I am so glad I did. It's a lovely studio and the instructors are friendly and encouraging. The classes are fun but challenging, and I really appreciate the combination of being encouraged to try my hardest in a welcoming, accepting environment.

O2 Fitness Studio has been a game changer for me. I joined the interval running program and it transformed my fitness. Running, spin and yoga are now part of my consistent routine. Pamela and her trainers are truly inspirational and know exactly how to help you get to levels of fitness that are beyond what you thought you could achieve! The studio has a real sense of community and encouragement. The Trail Running and Running Conditioning programs are my favorite!

Pamela at O2 Fitness has definitely changed my view about running! Before signing up for the 2017 summer trail running season, I thought of it as a chore. A form of exercise that I wasn't excited about. However, due to her high energy and real concern for every participant, I feel like I'm a part of something special. And indeed I am! Whether we run as a group along the Rio Grande river or along the Sandia mountain, every trail is an adventure. I now cherish every moment that my feet hit the dirt and I look forward to being a part of the fall/winter running program!

I found this gem of a fitness studio a little over three years ago. Pamela Otero and her team have made a tremendous, positive impact on my life. I've become stronger and done things I never in a million years thought I could do. And the icing on the cake are the great new friends I've made there. Spinning, Yoga, Core/Strength training, Interval Running - pick one or pick them all! You'll be glad you did!

Several months ago I was frustrated with the gym I was going to and really needed a place where I felt there was a community of people with similar goals. I started to google search and I stumbled upon 02 fitness. I called the studio, Pamela answered and spoke with me for at least 10-15 minutes. She invited me to attend a class for free to see if I liked it, and I have now been there 5 months! The gym is clean, people are friendly, and the workouts are tough! Pamela is amazing, she supports everyone that steps foot into her gym, and there is a real sense of community. I love 02 Fitness Studio!

This studio is amazing. I have been to a lot of fitness studios and gyms in town and I never felt as welcomed as I do at O2 Fitness. 30 minute lunch classes are awesome. Nice way to break up my work day. The staff is so amazing. Pamela is such an amazing trainer and has amazing instructors.

I love this studio! So many classes to pick from. My favorite - they have great noon hour Spin classes that are 30 minutes - prefect for my lunch hour break! The classes are fun and taught by super fun and helpful instructors!

I LOVE this place! The classes are so fun and taught by wonderful instructors that help push me to get better! I also participate in the running program which is more like a fun get together because I have made some wonderful friends. If you are looking for a personalized small gym environment- this is your place! It is clean, fun, supportive and affordable. Thank you O2 Fitness!

This is my new happy place! After years of trying gyms, 02 is a perfect fit! The instructors are great, the classes varied and challenging.
Pam is always thinking of new ways to better our experience. Yoga, great, spin, terrific, core classes, the best, personal training, Pam rocks! I am also loving the endurance program, which is interwoven with existing classes. Finally, so am getting on track to a plan for lifelong health!

I have been working with Pamela as a personal trainer for many months now, and I love her! She is always developing new and creative workouts, pushing my limits, and making my work-outs fun. I feel stronger and love the overall strength and fitness that I have achieved with Pamela's coaching. In addition, Pamela is an exuberant, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable trainer. She addressed a serious injury I had with workouts designed to build strength without exacerbating the injury. Lastly, the spin classes in her gym are amazing with awesome instructors, and the gym is a warm and stylish place to workout. I really couldn't recommend her and O2 Fitness Studio highly enough!

I did personal training with Pamela for 7 months. She has great energy and was very affordable. I'd highly recommend her. If you can't afford personal training check out her core strengthening classes. I also recommend the spin classes if you really want your ass kicked.
