The women’s restroom always smells like feces. It’s insanely disgusting and makes it impossible to breathe while putting away my stuff in a locker. I cannot emphasize enough how disgusting and foul the women’s restrooms are.

I've been to several Planet fitness facilities across the country and this one is by far my favorite! It's HUGE compared to others. One thing I noticed they did away with or just don't have the 30 minute circuit area! That is awesome! I rarely ever see people use it for it's intended purpose and it takes up to much space. This PF has an area for cardio and abs, then they have a few extra with the stair climber, more treadmills, bikes and ellipticals. There Smith machine area has at least 5 and then their free weights and benches are sufficient too. They also have the newer equipment. Hack squat, chest press, glute bridge which is new to me seeing it at a PF. They Aldo have the hip adductor/ abductor all in one machine! That was freaking cool. I didn't have to keep charging machines! Just move the pads and BAM you're doing abductors! The multi functional area is pretty cool too with the never ending rope, kettle bells, some cables and TRX. For the fitness enthusiasts or maybe a crossfitter you can use the monkey bars.... lol. I am not sure who the young man is that works there, I think he might be new but he is always cleaning and straightening up at 330a. Yes, you read that right 330a. He restocked some weights left in other areas, was cleaning the floors and filling the paper towels. This PF is clean and neat. Only once did I see a machine with the out of order sign on it. There hours are 24/5 which isn't bad. I can get in here early at least 5 days a week and they keep their app updated with changes in hours!
I wish my PF back home was this size and had new equipment! This one is 5/5 for me! Thanks PF!

Go to several locations due to work. Am black card member. Asked to use tanning machine and was asked to show I had goggles. Attendant obviously did not believe me and blamed to be be corporate policy.
I hope not , as it would show how little you trust you clients.
Space is too small. Not enough machines for weights. Black card area is large.
Think it would take a bomb to get the staff to get off their phones.

I have been calling planet fitness now for 6 months. Every month they told me I did not have a membership, so I should not be charged, but yet I continuously got charged. I even got charged twice in May. I spoke to billing, someone named Eric, the front desk, and everyone between. I left the state of New Mexico in May, so I canceled before I left. When speaking to Eric AGAIN, he happened to find my membership, but refused to reimburse me. He was very rude without letting me speak, nor caring about my concern. He hung up on me without looking up that I havent been to a planet fitness in 6 months. Im nervous I will be charged again next month without any way to dispute again. The way Eric judged me is against the entire planet fitness saying. He puts profit over people.

I became a member here in 2014. Earlier this year I tried to freeze my membership and they could not figure out how to do that. Then I tried to cancel my membership in july this year. Since then I have moved away. My membership is still not cancelled and I am still getting charged every month. They really value long time members here...NOT!

Gym is large. Minus points for not having a dedicated stretching area. Minus much more because I am not a typical gym goer and got hassled by staff for literally no reason. I am a disabled person who has MS. Sometimes I'm tired and resting for no reason. Gentleman saw me and asked if I was okay which is totally fine. Told him my situation and he tried to tell me I was going to have to move from the black card lounge because it's "a place for people to wait for amenities". Nobody was waiting. Excuse me. I pay for the black card membership. I'm going to use the black card lounge. The obnoxious person playing loud music horsing around on the massage chairs bragging about having done seventeen of them had not a single word said to him. Turns out he had a friend on staff. The person camping on the hydro massage? Not a word. Only me, the guy sitting quietly minding his business gets hassled. And honestly? It happens plenty when you're disabled in a gym. Just didn't think it would happen in a "judgement free zone". This is the fifth planet fitness I've been to since leaving Mesa AZ and I am not impressed.

Its nice to walk into this gym and see a smile on Nicks face as well as the rest of the morning staff. He maintains a positive attitude and makes the atmosphere better. The staff is always cleaning. They maintain the bathrooms well and keep them clean as well as the rest of the gym. I never see a manager step up and clean the gym the way Eric does, he's always helping his employees keep the gym clean. It's nice to call this my gym. I would definitely recommend coming here!

I've been a very active member for six years and went in this morning to provide a new credit card for the automatic billing. Two young men were at the desk having a joking conversation between themselves. One of them tried to help me, but the other one wanted to continue the joking, and my business became the laughing matter. I told him he was not helping, and he became personally insulting. I took this as a sign that I should never again set foot in that gym or any other with the name Planet Fitness on it. Better help and service are badly needed.

Recently quit going here because of the bald manager. He accused me of doing something inappropriate, I argued with him that he had cameras and that could very easily check and see he grabbed the wrong person, but he refused and threatened to kick me out “if he ever sees it again” He made a big scene in front of many people at the gym and humiliated me, not the type of place I find to be welcoming.

The gym itself is great. There's a large variety of equipment. The staff on the other hand is disrespectful. Management is just as disrespectful and passive aggressive. I go here every night before work. Never had an issue up until the past 2 visits. Tuesday I was in shower and a guy walked in and asked for money then last night I was in the locker area and the male worker still stayed cleaning the girls restroom/locker area even after seeing me in there. Not sure if he is somewhat new and didn't know to wait until the women's area is empty but it was so uncomfortable. Maybe let the employees know for the feature.

Facility is like most PF across the country ,BUT the staff does not enforce any rules. On every visit they are at the front desk leaned over the counters on their cells while they are members camped out on equipment on their cells. I came up to leg press and it was loaded with 6 plates, i dont mind racking but my wife has come in and was not able to unload all the plates...i pay for a service please provide it. Just enforce the rules. You expect members to pay we expect the rules to be enforced.

Been to many pfs as i travel across the country. The folks here are nice, it is very clean. The people are mostly aware. Occasionally, you’ll get a person who sits on a piece of equipment and surfs on their phone for WAY too long or perhaps does 8 or 10 sets while you wait. I wish there was some accepted phrase to utter so people would move without anger! Otherwise, it’s a really great pf!

It was… a gym. I got suckered into signing up, although a smart choice on my part since my fiancé and I travel quite a bit. Even though it’s self check-in, we were hardly greeted by someone quite interested in what was on their phone, but once we started interacting, it was easy enough to get through signing up and whatnot. My only other complaint was that there weren’t any set-your-own-lock lockers, so we had to buy a padlock. But honestly, it’s purple which is my favorite color, so no real setback there. All in all, a nice gym and a good Planet Fitness experience.

Not our usual experience of planet fitness. Very poor customer service, owner Eric, has very limited personal and communication skills.

He had virtually no ability to comprehend clear explanations of the difficulties using Planet Fitness has for temporary members from outside the UK.

We had such a poor experience we left and went to Anytime Fitness down the road. There were happy to provide an excellent service and had everything we needed. I will leave a review for that gym.

Eric generally seemed odd and was fixated with watching what people in the gym were doing on the cctv. He argued with other people accessing the gym.

He is definitely not suited to working in a customer facing role but would not be able to work for anyone else.

I suggest using another gym if you are unable to sign up to a standard contract.

I love this gym. I love the size, the location and the equipment. Most members are lovely too. I am pissed because my locker was broken into and all my stuff was stolen while I was working out. The night desk person is never at the counter and always sitting on the couch in the black card membership area, scrolling on their phone. I've seen multiple homeless in the men's locker room because of this. Anyone and everyone can walk in and have zero issue. I am surprised this was the first time it has happened to me. I hope the manager can get his team in check. Anytime Fitness is looking really good right now.

Fitness center is safe and in a great location. They have an insane amount of fitness equipment for both weight training and cardiovascular.

I have never had a problem getting any piece of equipment I wanted to work out with. Even during peak times you can still maneuver to whatever equipment you're trying to get to.

Staff is polite, attentive and professional.

The overall gym is one of the cleanest around as well.

I come upon a business colleague engaged with a tall bald GM.
The guy was the worst. Wouldn't give us his name, kicked us out, threatened to call the cops. All the while I was calm and just asking questions. The WORST customer service I've ever had in my decades of living in Santa Fe.

Multiple billing problems and incompetent staff has been my experience here since day 1. Every single time I have asked about anything, they're rude and act like you're bothering them. Great monthly rate, decent machines. Some aren’t hooked up to internet so you can’t really use the full functionality of them. Front of desk people don’t really acknowledge you but that’s kind of a perk for me. Parking lot is often packed because of that chicken restaurant.

They recently replaced all the machines with new machines. All of the machines has basically been upgraded. The treadmills for instance have their own little fan built-in and nice large displays.

They have some nice TVs all around the walls. I enjoy watching the Spanish station because I'm learning Spanish from the novellas LOL.

Folks when there's 20 empty treadmills you don't have to roll up next to me and start yakking on your phone. Covid still on you don't need to pack in like sardines.
