I can’t say enough good things about this place! The facility is top-notch for volleyball, basketball or pickleball. Clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, whether you’re playing competitively or just for fun. You can tell Bryan really cares about creating a great experience for everyone.

This athletic facility is top notch, spacious, clean, and stocked with equipment for all fitness levels. (Basketball, volleyball, pickleball, weightlifting and even Salsa Dancing taught by Bryan)

The atmosphere is welcoming and never overcrowded, making it a great place to train.
What truly sets this place apart is the owner, Bryan. He’s always present, approachable, and genuinely cares about the members.

Awesome Facility! I have enjoyed pickup basketball and, pickle games. The crowds have been pleasant and enjoyable to socialize with. Brian, the manager has been great! I recommend this business for your activities. The basketball and volleyball courts have new flooring.

I’ve been a member for a couple of months and have not had great experiences here. The owners don’t really have much to do with it besides providing nets and a facility. Most (90%) of the time there is no one at the counter to answer questions. They have open play hours from 9-12, but only if they aren’t having a clinic or letting another group use the facility. I would show up and it wasn’t available to use because it was reserved. No communications usually - maybe on the Team Reach app, but if you don’t know the special code you never get any info. And I wasn’t aware of it until I was told by another player at another facility about the channel. But then it seems like there is a non-employee that is kind of the lead or runs the open play show. If you are lucky you may be invited into the chat to know when the group will be playing. I’ve been other times and no one was playing.

I ended up reserving the ball machine for today for 10am. I left my house at 9:35 and arrived to find no one at the counter to help me figure it out. Then I checked my email and at 9:38 I received an email that they declined my reservation. No explanation given. The is the second time this exact thing happened. Last time I arrived and someone was at the counter (for once) and I told him I was there for my ball machine reservation. He said they tried to get in touch with me (sent an email 15-minutes before reservation) that it broke that morning. I don’t understand why the customer service level is so low.

They need more structure to help others not with the in-crowd to better use the facility. This could be a really great place with tons of potential, but it just seems they put up courts in a warehouse and just left. I get this level of service from public courts and I don’t have to pay anything. Disappointed again. I think it may be time to accept that my expectations differ from what they offer and just cancel my membership. I don’t know. I’m rooting for them…

Love that these are full outdoor courts—indoors! Perfect for when it’s freezing outside. Friendly staff, great competition, and we just pay the drop-in fee since we’re across town (otherwise we’d come all the time!)

It says it open but it’s closed and they don’t have any sign or information. They don’t answer the phone, and it’s so far so I wouldn’t recommend to do the trip

I had an incredibly terrible and misogynistic experience with an employee (possibly the owner?) named Brian. He was incredibly disrespectful and became angry and agitated with basic questions regarding use of the facility. He was unable to provide reasonable assistance with a credit card problem and refused to provide any written documents stating the rules for members. I asked him politely to maintain professionalism while keeping customer service in mind and he became even more agitated and snarky. Will never be back.

I went to view the facility so I could join. It was on a Saturday during business hours and people were inside playing pickleball. All doors were locked. Knocked on all, called the main phone, asked people inside to open the door......I could never get in to view the facility. The message I left was never returned. Not sure if this is really open to the public to join or if is just for a select few. Could be a great thing for Corrales if they open it to he public.

While some may say that this facility is "not safe for women or girls", this facility fosters and supports the female athletes and is solely dedicated to the women who want to further their athletic career. Not only is it a safe place, but the people who run it treat everyone with the respect they deserve while upholding high standards as a business. This business certainly has the right to decline all who come in with offensive language, especially those who think they can do it around 16 year olds. I would recommend this event center to all ages, all genders, and all who want to pursue athletics!
