Basically they told my friend it was okay to accept mediocrity and not strive for her best self.

Amazing workout and atmosphere!! What a great group of people and instructors to be around on a daily basis. If you are looking for a great, consistent, but fun workout-you need to come here!

All around great place to break a sweat. Ali and Rosa are motivating and fun and it's always a new workout. Never a dull moment here.

I have been using TRX for a few years, and had classes at a local well known health club. Then I started with Rebel Workout. The difference was remarkable. The two excellent instructors kicked up the level of my workout quite a bit, and I have really increased my fitness level since starting the classes. Highly recommended.

Rosa and Ali are top notch instructors. I had never done TRX till a month ago and I have to say it really does challenge you in ways a traditional gym has not. At least for me. The group atmosphere really helps with your motivation and drive, especially on days where walking in you're drive is, lacking.

Ali and Rosa really care about your well being and progress. They push your limits but they are also mindful of any injuries you tell them about and they will modify exercises to help you overcome and get stronger. This is truly a no judgement zone. Come in do your best and push yourself to do better as you go along. I'm just happy I haven't thrown up yet.............................
