Royal Fitness is a locally owned gym featuring a wide variety of equipment, barbells, free-weights, and a large turf room equipped with sleds. The floating floor in the yoga/dance fitness room offers comfort for group or individual sessions. Each of the restroom areas offer two showers. Lockers are available for use.

This is a great gym. Aside from just being a great place to facilitate a workout, they have great trainers, a in house physical therapist, and they have Kangen water to keep better hydrated.
