Tried out several gyms before I found this gym. I love the fact that it’s CLEAN. Not crowded. It’s open 24hrs. There are some kinks but it does manage to get fixed. I’m not going to complain about that. I go to the gym to workout not investigate and complain like some of these reviewers do it seems. The staff is respectful and friendly I always enter with a hello and a laugh and leave with a bye and laughing the front desk guy has great customer service. The membership price is affordable and I like that it’s a no contract gym. Keep up the good work snapfitness tramway.

A nice gym, may I suggest please that there be another weighted plates holder rack area near the seated calf machine area -- to provide at least for now a 45 pound, a 25 pound, and a 10 pound set that complements the seated calf machine area -- and can of course be used by others for the other plate machines near by too.

Currently, the seated calf machine area does not have its own dedicated built-in plate holder storage like the other machines near it. It is not too big of a problem but just a suggestion for the future if that is OK. I know you can use the plates from the other machines near the seated calf raise but it feels a bit wrong to take those plates to use it, but I digress.

The gym & its people seem friendly so far.

Behind the treadmill area, I remember something:
If I remember correctly, there is one chest press machine behind the treadmills that says "broken" or "out of service" -- hopefully it gets repaired at some point.

5 stars for now, it is a pretty good, friendly gym in my opinion or experience so far. Hopefully the machine that was broken gets repaired at some point soon.

Apologies if the suggestion(s) seem too much... I sincerely do enjoy the gym and am thankful for the gym being here.

Honestly this is one of the worst gyms I've ever been too. It's super small and all the equipment is so close to each other. The people there aren't friendly, the only person that worked here that I truly liked was Beau Lee. But they got rid of him for no reason. This place is a huge scam. If you don't want to waist your money, don't come here. There's way better gyms out there that actually treat people right and not only give their customers the best experience but also there crew/coworker.

I'm not sure how this gym is because I walked in, tried to get some information about the place. I was met with "do you have insurance", no, then the rates are, ....." No tour, no enthusiasm about the facility. I asked about the personal trainer..He said he would have to call her to make an introduction...odd..I said could you call her for me now? He said no, I'm busy with other things..
I left.

In terms of gym experience I have been very happy with Snap. I enjoy especially the 24/7 model of availability, and access to cleaning supplies provided by the staff. Later at night it can be harder to have access to clean rags, but generally they are available. I am sure it is busier during the days but I have used them between 10PM and 4AM and had the gym be basically clear of people. Staff are responsive to questions and have always been friendly and assisted to the best of their ability. Generally the only issues I have had is there seems to be some other clients that are not as polite in terms of sharing space, and not "hogging" machines. I am happy overall with the experience though.

This place is great—mellow atmosphere, friendly staff and fellow gym-goers. The equipment and space is very well-maintained and has everything you need to get swole! Even at peak hours I have never had a problem getting a bench or particular piece of equipment. TVs in front of every row of cardio equipment, including the super-sweet zero-impact elliptical. I have only good things to say about this gym.

I don't regularly attend group classes, but the ones I’ve attended were hard work in the best way. One of the trainers, Brittany, taught the first class I went to. I felt like a slug, but she was motivating and encouraging which turned my gain pains into a very pleasant experience haha. I could say that about everybody that works there, it’s rare to see that kind of attention and encouragement from an entire work staff—it’s like working out around friends.

Simply put, Snap is a very relaxing and easy place to work out, which encourages me to go hard and often.

Nice. (After the owners response, I will clarify. Small Gym. Only one of each equipment, with a few exceptions like bikes and treadmills. Like stated before, very basic equipment. The fitness classes are ehhhhh... Hardly any yoga or Pilates. It's like a fancier hotel gym or an apartment complex gym. If I'm going to pay for a membership I want everything, even if it costs a little more. The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. Gym was clean. Not too crowded at 10am. The things that were promised to me as part of my corporate discounts I never received. Complete waste of time and money. I worked out at this gym daily for over 4 years. I was there every weekday at the same time. My sister called looking for me and the desk attendant, who knows me well and knows I am there every day told her she didn’t see me and I wasn’t in the gym. This call was important and actually resulted in my 85 year old mother having to deal with a life and death situation. She admitted to me she took the call, had no reason why she didn’t get up and look for me and SHRUGGED AND LAUGHED when I explained that a family member was now on life support. Up to this point we had a great relationship. I even brought cupcakes for her birthday. The next morning my family was informed our gym membership was revoked because I confronted her over this and spoke to her in anger. Don’t join this gym. If they treat long time members like this imagine how they will treat you.

I've been at Snap for 3 years. I have never really been impressed with it as far as gyms go. The price isn't bad for the entire month, but I have an issue with staff. They are never present at the desk when you need them and they change over instructors a lot. I was considering quitting at one point, but I met an instructor, Steve Holden. He was the best instructor because he took time to explain things, he was energetic, and he made me want to work out. Unfortunately he no longer works there either, so I've quit. It's just unfortunate that they drop so many classes because instructors come and go.
