Cheap membership which is the only real reason you can’t complain. Decent space, equipment. Seems to be on its twilight years, hours cater more to employees than members. It is constantly closed earlier than I would imagine and its holiday hours are tough to meet if you work. Joined because I wanted to avoid planet fitness but constantly turned away by early closing hours. I’d imagine this gyms days are numbered as it’s never filled and closes way to early for those who jobs. Too much talking and cell-phone use on equipment: but what’s new. I’d sell this space if I was the owner. I can’t imagine beyond paying employees they actually make much. Could be a great spot under new ownership/management and 24 hr access.

The gym wasn’t the worst nor the best up until It was time to cancel my membership. I moved and kept trying to contact them to cancel and would be left on hold till I would just hang up. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They told me the only option I had was to go in and pay a 100$ cancellation fee and when asked to speak with management I was always declined. The receptionist told me if I tried to call the bank they would report me to the credit bureau. seriously?

I would not recommend joining this gym. I joined and went two times only to discover that most of their amenities were out of order. The gym equipment is quite old as well. I asked the gym to cancel my membership which since I was unhappy and had only been twice, I assumed wrongly that they would graciously cancel my membership with no repercussions. However, the gym charged me $120 and will not respond to my requests for help.

Nice place to workout we were a little skeptical due to the bad reviews about staff mostly the girls and the gym itself.. however we've gone twice once to get a tour and sign up and once to workout both times staff were very friendly (they were ladies) and the gym is clean floors could use a little TLC but we don't go to do sets with the floor so it doesn't bother us. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

This is a very good workout gym. I can easily recommend it - provided that YOU exercise due diligence with your stored property. On my very first visit as a member, on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at between 1100 and 1230 hours (MST), I arrived WITHOUT a padlock for my gym locker. THAT IS TOTALLY MY FAULT. As a result, my great sunglasses (which I had recently purchased while on tour in Israel) were unlawfully removed from my unlocked gym locker. As a retired law enforcement officer, I have access means to identify everyone of the very few male persons who were present at the gym at that time. I could thereby easily establish who was criminally responsible for this theft. I very well may pursue this matter unless, of course, my sunglasses promptly appear at lost-and-found-property at the front desk. It is truly unfortunate that certain, unfulfilled human debris among us prey upon the fruits of others for their desires in life. This sort of unworthy behavior occurs EVERYWHERE in our culture, and should not, by any means, be particularly linked to the very good STAY FIT fitness club. Just bring your locker padlocks - and be prepared to sweat in a well-equipped gym! Steve Sears

Has pretty much everything you could need in a gym - lots of machines and lots of free weights. I haven't had a single issue with customer service; when I asked for a tour before signing up, the front desk attendant showed me around and answered questions without hesitation. Getting signed up was easy too. Honestly, I don't mind that no one chews my ear every time I walk in the door - I am there to work out, not kill time. I don't need a front desk person trying to sell me on something or BS with me because they feel like they "have to". I give a smile and get a smile back; it's not hard. Since signing up I've been here basically every day. I appreciate the services, the availability of classes and how big the space is. Minor complaints: no wifi, the area with the cardio machines seems to be controlled by one older man with a remote who has the volume constantly cranked (I can't hear my own earbuds), and the juice bar seems to be...gone? in repair? Unsure. Not deal-breakers, just minor gripes.

I’m a member of this gym and I love work out here. I feel comfortable and every time I’ve gone the equipment I choose to use is always available. The remodeling is coming along very nice. Only downfall is some of the staff is very how can I say a bit rude. The girls at the front sit and talk to each other and don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in or leave. No sense of common curtesy or customer service. Excuse me ma’am but members is how you make a paycheck so word of advice learn some manners.

This place is getting a major upgrade..its looking good! all equipment getting replaced they Also put a boxing room with all essentials.. the staff is very friendly I feel right at home here .. there is no other gym that has pool , steam/sauna hot tub freshly refined . There is a personal trainer usually on site all day . I've been to a couple gyms around the Southwest and this is by far the most suitable for everyone's need to get fit and stay fit.

As far as the facilities went, everything was broken and dirty. The staff was rude and would shrug their shoulders when informed something wasn't working. Every time it rained the whole place was soaked. I can only assume that the roof mainly functioned as an umbrella for the sun. It was freezing cold in the winter and muggy and hot in the summer.

There were a few positives. The childcare facilitator was great with my kids. The sauna was not broken as often as the steam room.

I didn't really hate my membership there until I I got a new job and had to move. It was impossible to cancel my membership. The staff was extremely rude, continually hung up the phone on me, and refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I finally had to report them to my credit card company as fraudulent charges to get them to stop billing me.

In short- don't waste your money here. Go to fitness one. Yeah, it's expensive and a bit of a drive up there, but it's SO SO SO much better.

The cleanliness isn't all that good. The women's showers hardly have any water pressure. It's rare that all the equipment will work. The steam room is never hot enough. Staff say they will report it but the same issues continue to exist. I like the fact that the showers are private. There are some good machines to workout on. I have worked out as several gyms in the area and so far Tom Youngs has been the best experience. For the ameneties this gym has the membership dues are very reasonable. I have never had to wait to utilize any free weight equipment even at peak hours. Few local gyms offer a pool, steam, sauna and jacuzzi and raquetball as well as classes. The staff is alway helpful to me whenever I have a question or need help. The other members seem to be very nice and courteous people and it provides a much more familial feel than other gyms in the area. I really like this gym alot.
