Get a membership elsewhere. I canceled my membership months ago and for some reason they just now decided to start charging me again. We will see if they actually answer any form of communication this time since they never have in the past before.
Edit: They've now blocked my number! Isn't that a great business tactic.

This is my 1st gym membership & I picked this gym because of the owner(s), who are so helpful & friendly, & seem to genuinely care about the health & wellbeing of their members. I love the atmosphere- it is the only gym that has made me feel good about being there instead of self-conscious. Prices are very reasonable- my son & I joined on a joint deal that was an amazing value! They have several other membership options to choose from. They also offer classes, which I really love. I am very pleased with my decision & I highly recommend them.

Stretch is a really nice gym. It is always very clean, well equipped, and 24/7. The price is very affordable so it's perfect for college students and it's never too crowded to where you couldn't get your workout done. Overall, great!

Stopped by twice during staffed hours but here was no one there to help me. Drove back home and tried to print 3 day pass to go visit but it has to be during staffed hours, when there is no staff. The price is good , specially with no contract and I don't mind wiping down equipment before using it.
Hard to believe it will be smooth.

Never have any issues with anyone and real great to go and just blow of some steam. Monthly cost is great love that i get good discount for being a College student. Overall great experience.

This gym is GROSS!🤮 went in to check out about joining and noticed they don’t have the members wiping down equipment after each use! Especially the mats. The atmosphere is way better, even at planet fitness over this raunchy business!

Been coming here for about two months now and I enjoy it. Not so crowded in the morning and friendly people. 24 hours I love that for when I can’t sleep or wake up too early. The gym feels like it was built by someone who has used lots of gyms because it functions well. No nonsense no unnecessary rules or signs all over the place. There is also a website where you can keep track of your workouts, sign up for classes, or pay your dues right there. Great value when compared to the cost of membership. I see this place continuing to improve and grow.

Had an overall great experience at this gym. Staff is friendly and will help you out with anything. They have a good amount of equipment for anything you want to work on. I never tried the training their but i’ve seen people training with a trainer and it seemed like they were enjoying it.

Its not huge like some chain places but its very clean and everyone is so friendly and supportive. As a larger woman It feels good to have people give me a thumbs up when I'm totally dying from ny workout rather than funny looks.

There is plenty of equipment to choose from for just about any workout you can imagine and the trainers that are there are happy to help with questions and pointers.

Abrian is my personal trainer and he is great. He has managed to come up with personal workouts that take my martial arts experience into account and is helping me get back into shape to get back into it. 15/10 would recommend!!
