The instructor of the Hot Yin class was literally on her phone texting long paragraphs the entire class. It was so distracting i would look up and she would just be completely engrossed in her phone literally the entire hour. I left my phone in my car because i didn't want to be distracted, i didn't think i would have to sit there and watch the instructor be on her phone the entire time. Each pose we basically had to sit there and wait for her to finish texting before moving on to the next pose. i wanted to start attending yoga classes closer to home, and this was my second experience at this place (first time was a pretty good pilates class) but this experience ruined it for me and i have yet to decide if i will be back. This felt like a complete waste of time and money.

Been coming here for about 6 months now, and it's the best. My little vacation from reality. There are classes that are very relaxing and meditative, others that are intense and leave you beat! All the instructors make you feel at home and remember you. I only wish the studio was bigger because so many people love it as much as I do :) If you're contemplating, stop it! Come in and try it out!

As a vacationing practitioner, I was absolutely delighted to try hot yoga for the first time, and this little spot did not disappoint!

Surrender's yogi, who led me through my $15 drop -in session, was creative, generous, and efficient moving flawlessly through the transitions. I did moves I've never done before!

She offers an iced towel in the end infused lavender; plus, she rocks yoga-ed rock hits that were funky.
