10/10 Excellent place for a great workout! I’m visiting from Florida and looked for a bootcamp facility so I could continue getting a good workout while visiting family in ABQ. Kim leads a great bootcamp with clear & concise instruction even for those visiting 😃. Her passion for health & fitness shines though with the uplifting and motivating environment she’s created. I thoroughly enjoyed being welcomed into the Sweat community. Until next time!

detail orientated, concentrates on personal attention to form and individual clients needs, Even though it is a group class you feel like you have your own personal trainer, get tunes!

I’ve never been but I live near the studio. I wish there was a class after 5. So many people get out of work at 5. Looks nice but I probably won’t ever be able to try a class. Not posting this to be a negative review. More just a thought or hope later classes will be added or considered

If you've been thinking about working out, just try the first class!
Don’t let the name intimidate you, SWEAT Bootcamp is a great environment with encouraging members and easy to follow circuits. You can go at your own level and choose your own weights so you can improve at your own pace. Kim is very helpful and her fun loving energy is contagious. I’ve been attending for only 6 months and I’ve already seen a transformation, not just physically but also mentally. Just give it one class, you won’t regret it!

I love Sweat Fitness Bootcamp! I felt welcomed and a part of the Sweat community from the first time I joined. I continue to be challenged and inspired and I do truly feel and see the results. I'm so grateful to have this addition to my weekly routine!

I visited SWEAT while in town for a wedding. I felt incredibly welcome and got an amazing tabata workout. Kimberly was kind, friendly, and introduced me to the group so I felt included. She offers levels to each move and workout so everyone can access the class. I highly recommend SWEAT and will go back when I'm in town again.

This is the best gym I've ever been to. Everyone makes you feel included and are so friendly. Bring a beginner didn't matter because they didn't expect anything except for you to push yourself and go at the pace I wanted. Would 1000% recommend for anyone who doesn't like traditional gyms or just anyone with any kind of fitness goal.

I will absolutely, without a doubt give this place 5 stars. The thing about this place is that it doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are at, There will certainly be a modification in place to help your progress, and you will walk away with a smile and fire within your heart to return. I am training for a marathon and I will absolutely say that I am faster, stronger, and far more efficient with what I am going for.
Furthermore, the maintenance and constant cleanliness of this place is very spot on. Everyday it is cleaned and sanitized, and the personal trainers are very strong on keeping things organized and safe even while in session. I never once had a fear that I would trip over anything with the placement of equipment, as it is well organized and noticeable.
The social aspect of this place is extremely family like as well. You will be welcomed with open arms and you will immediately feel like you have a place to work out without being judged. A huge aspect that I extremely admired was that the social support felt so phenomenal. It took only a couple sessions for any fear to become purged, and I felt like I was having fun and could be myself along with everyone else. Even if you feel quiet or shy, I guarantee you will feel comfortable the moment you walk through those doors as I have.
I myself have trained with Kim and Amy, they certainly will deliver care, proper technique, a safe environment, and of course lead you closer to your goals for whatever reason it may be. Very supportive as personal trainers should be, and above all else will they lead you to the feeling of success and ensure something entertaining and exciting. These trainers have sound advice as well, they encourage questions and will certainly answer you which is huge to me.
The last thing I will say is that it was overall extremely enjoyable and effective. If you come here, you will strengthen not only your physical and mental well being, but your soul as well.(And of course, be ready to SWEAT!)

AMAZING !!! What are you waiting for? Ms. Kim at SWEAT Bootcamp has changed my life!!! I have never been as strong and in shape as I am after 1.5 years of working our with Kim only. She gives us all the modifications we need without us having asking, not one injury in 1.5 years. And she remembers each of us as individuals and we get her one on one attention every work out. SWEAT and Ms. Kim is the best investment I've made in myself as an adult. Invest in you and come to SWEAT YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT !!!
