I feel so lucky to have met Alanna! My husband and I did a full moon outdoor yoga class with her and were blown away by her skill and technique. We left feeling blissed out.
The next day we went to the loft to do her monthly breathwork class which was nothing short of magical! So much transformation in just an hour and a half.
If you’re on the fence, sign up!! I promise you’ll be so glad you did

HFL has a loving and casual vibe and a dedicated community. Its excellent pilates classes are a vital part of my week. Barb is a fantastic and knowledgeable teacher with a never-ending supply of ideas. Every class is a little different, tailored to who's there and what their bodies need that day. Barb truly cares for the students, and that comes through in her classes. I'm so grateful for this studio!

HFL is Taos's best kept secret. Martial arts, yoga, clown class, acroyoga, and many amazing events/parties -- what more could one ask for? The instructors are masters in their respective arts, each bringing their own unique talents and passions to the table. I buy the unlimited monthly pass and do a bit of everything!

My friend and I came for a girl's get away and wanted to try their Gigong class. I messaged the owner about the price and responded. When we got there we waited 15 minutes for someone to start the class. People in.the building kept passing us and said nothing. I spoke up and asked about the instructor and was told they didn't know where the instructor was and couldn't contact him. One individual who said they taught, I believe, the martial arts class was able to refund out money and apologized. I was disappointed by this experience especially with a high review rating. Communication is key and would have appreciated it.

Wonderful place to connect with like minded people. I am so happy that I found this studio when I moved to Taos. I have enjoyed many different classes as well as their unique events that are always changing. Very grateful for the space to hold a monthly event. Highly recommend checking the website out to see what is happening and try out something new!

What is the point of clearing one’s aura if you are exposing them to airborne pathogens with your recklessly unmasked OMs? I attended a sound bath today and was horrified to discover upon waking up from the 90 minute meditation that most of the people in the room, including staff members had removed their masks! This is strictly prohibited by Taos COVID safety guidelines and against NIH protocol. Do better. Namaste.

I love this place! They bring in such a wide variety of workshops and long-time teachers of their regularly taught classes. Its owners, Alana & Colton are powerful and compassionate instructors who magnetize and anchor in great vibrancy and groundedness to the space itself. Acro is my favorite!

Took acroyoga from Alana and Colton while living in Taos and it was amazing. They are fantastic teachers, encouraging everyone to strive to reach their full potential and push just beyond the comfort zone. I was surprised by how much I was able to learn from them in just under 3 months. Furthermore, they give what they can when they can to the community around them. While I was there, they were offering free classes to anyone struggling with mental health/substance abuse, or anyone working in those fields. As partners they work tirelessly to thrive as a business and part of the town of Taos.

The High Frequency Loft is a truly amazing community - offering a wide range of classes and conscious events all led by experienced and compassionate teachers. There's an incredible energy and the space itself is bright and open and brings an element of play that is missing from so many studios. Colton and Alana's experience and love for what they do shines through in every facet of the studio - a must whether you are from Taos or just passing through!
