The Little Gym is the world's premiere enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. Our trained instructors nurture happy, confident kids through a range of non-competitive programs including parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, sports prep, and pre-school prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bashes. Each week, progressively structured classes and a positive learning environment create opportunities for your child to try new things and build self-confidence, all with a grin that stretches from ear to ear.

My son has been going here since he was 6 months old and he absolutely loves it! He is now 10 months and I really think it has helped his development as well. The staff is incredibly kind and sweet and great with my son. Would definitely recommend for anybody with Littles

I recently discovered The Little Gym of Albuquerque while visiting UrbanAir with my kids, where they had set up an outreach booth. I’m so glad I stopped by—it led us to a trial class for my 6-year-old daughter, and we’ve been thoroughly impressed ever since.
As a parent searching for a safe, well-managed gymnastics facility, I found The Little Gym to exceed expectations. The coaches are highly professional, knowledgeable, and provide age-appropriate instruction in a nurturing environment. The facility itself is spotless, well-organized, and clearly maintained with care—something that was non-negotiable for me, especially given concerns I’ve heard about cleanliness and safety at other gyms in the area.
We initially signed up for a once-a-week class to evaluate the location, staff, and overall vibe. After five sessions, I’m already seeing encouraging progress in my daughter’s confidence and coordination. It’s important to remember that skill development takes time—every child learns at their own pace—but the supportive atmosphere here makes the journey enjoyable. We’re now planning to increase her sessions to twice a week to give her more time with the coaches and accelerate her growth.
Though The Little Gym of Albuquerque is relatively new to the Montgomery area, they’re expanding quickly—adding new equipment and building a strong community presence. I have no doubt they’ll continue to thrive. If you’re looking for a quality gymnastics program for your child, I highly recommend stopping by for a visit. It’s a wonderful place to start your child’s journey in movement, confidence, and fun.

This place is amazing. If you children I highly suggest bringing them by if even to give it a trial. The coaches are extremely attentive and positive. The kids absolutely love it and they're coordination and confidence increase every week!

I bring my 9 year old son here for the flips and twists class on Monday evenings and he loves it. The instructors are very patient and well-informed. They do a great job handling kids of all skill levels. Also the gym has great partnerships with local businesses and has various offers and coupons for members. We love being a part of the Little Gym!

My daughter started at The Little Gym when she was just 6 months old, and when she turned 12 months we switched to the Albuquerque East location since it’s closer to our home. Now at 15 months, I can clearly see her progress and growth. She absolutely loves coming every week to play, learn, and explore.
It’s been wonderful to watch her develop new skills, gain confidence, and even pick up sign language—and I enjoy being part of her classes and helping her along the way. The instructors at this location are amazing! They create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where little ones thrive.
I’m so grateful for The Little Gym Albuquerque East and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a positive and engaging activity for their child!
