Within a few classes, my pain slowly diminished. I was have mutiple subluxations per week. My joint strength improved, and my subluxations are minimal or non-existent. I think gyrotonics/ gyrokenesis helps people with hypermobility. It strengthens joints and muscle at a core level. I also think it helps pain by " nerve flossing." It has also helped with myofasical pain by releasing fascia.

Rich and the team are awesome. I really enjoy Gyrokinesis (virtually) and Natural Movement classes. Its a small group and we are always doing something different so it never gets boring. Chi-running? Sure, why not! It is great for anyone who needs to ease into working out and wants to have fun!

I began taking ChiRunning lessons and Natural/Functional Movement classes under Rich in April 2020. Rich is a fantastic instructor. He is patient, encouraging, and firm in a motivational way.
I am not a "fit" person in any conventional sense. When I began, I could barely hold a plank position or run 1/4 mile with tailwind downhill.
In his studio and in off-site lessons, he has helped me do things that I didn't think that my body could do. Rich can demonstrate and repeat every single technique that he directs participants to do. Without his instruction, I don't know that I could run, move, and develop these abilities as effectively alone or under other direction.
I also know coaches Leslie and Adrian. They will be able to help you become stronger, more flexible, and more functional.

This is the best exercise program for people of all ages and ability. The classes are small and individualized, and the instructors are some of the best in the world! I highly recommend this type of exercise to anyone who wants to gain or maintain flexibility, strength, and overall well being of body and mind.
