This is a great yoga studio. The instructors are great. I really like Kristen's Yin Sound Bath sessions . Hope to get back to them soon. They are very relaxing and she is super talented. The reason for four stars and not 5 is that I wish they had more Yin and restorative classes. At this stage in my life, these yoga forms are what works for me. Also, their pricing changed and I couldn't justify paying for a membership . Love the studio though!

I absolutely love Vivify. Every time I go I feel challenged and the instructors are able to guide my mind to a place of calm. Some classes have even brought tears to my eyes. The atmosphere and staff are incredible. Doesn’t matter what level you’re at you can modify or just relax and honor your body for showing up. The variety is nice too. Sometimes you can be goofy sometimes it’s hardcore sometimes it’s extremely relaxing. I highly recommend Vivify!

Percilla was the absolute worst instructor, she made me feel very uncomfortable in front of the class, she called me out in front of the entire class for continuing to stretch when she was resting, then proceeded to tell me I was not following along. I will NEVER be coming back while that child is there. If I was the owner I would cut my ties with percilla before she costed me more customers.Also the owner Shawn is very rude and unprofessional. I will be telling everyone how horrible this place is and how unprofessional the staff is here. Please go spend your money else where.

I am super ecstatic that I started yoga in December it was just something for me to get out of the house but I have come to love Vivify yoga studio and it’s instructors. It has a calming ambience relaxing and my happy place. Since I have started on December 2 I have lost 2 pounds, 2 inches in my thighs my waist and an inch in my arms and bust. I have become stronger and I am also able to do my Chaturanga With ease and I continue to get stronger and more flexible every single day the instructors are amazing I feel very welcomed, always smiling and I’m just very happy with the results. I can’t wait to see what the next year brings for me, 2020 is going to rock! Thank you to all of you at Vivify! You are my zen.

This is seriously the best yoga studio in Rio Rancho! I am college student and they have a student rate which is awesome and very affordable! All of the instructors here are absolutely amazing and every time I leave Vivify I always want to get better in my practice . I have so many great things to say about this place. The first time I came, there was a small issue that was taken care of right away. My insurance covers me attending yoga through a program and this is my choice of studios. I've been doing yoga for over 15 years and this studio has all of the things I look for in a place to practice.

The first class is free and they offer both hot, warm, and room temperature yoga. I've tried all of the above types of classes with a lot of different instructors. My favorite is Teresa because of her style, she lets you play in class practicing arm balances at a variety of levels. Her yin yoga class is to die for, I feel that my week is set once I've attending this longer well guided class.

I have also attended workshops here and enjoyed each one I have gone to. They do have showers which is a huge plus! Towels, yoga mats, weights, straps, blocks, are all in the room and easy to access. Visit the studio and if you've never gone, I recommend a room-temp or yin class .

I loved this studio, but I did not get to fully enjoy the class. I was bit by ants and covered by them. They were covering the studio floor, my water bottle, myself, and my mat. I thought it was my mind but realized it was the studio. I was disappointed that my experience was disrupted..i hope to try again. The class was great, I just hope the creatures are taken care of.

I am going to say this is a great place , however it seems to be a target of vandalism more then once :( I feel small business need Community support and back up 100%. However I feel some of the employees being their personal life to work and make people feel very uncomfortable if they are "friends" with someone they don't like out side of the work environment. I have been to maybe a total of ten times give or take . I feel the owners take the time to listen to a concern and reach out to fix any problems. It's an awesome addition to Rio Rancho just make sure you sign in under a fake name so instructors don't look you up on Facebook to tell you "how shady" someone is because they have had conflict.

One of the best places I've gone for hot yoga! It was near my house which was great and the atmosphere was amazing. They provide you with mats if you don't have one and the instructor helps if you need it. I wish I had more time to go more frequently!

I won't get the chance to review what the facilities, classes, or flow are like in this studio because I walked out before I even took a class. I was excited to try this new studio close to home thanks to my new "fit mix" app, but I was running no more than five minutes late for the 9:30 class (it was most certainly not 10 minutes, otherwise I would not have even attempted to go in). When I arrived I could not tell which door was the entrance, as all of the windows were blocked out. Turns out all of them were locked, but I could see another door inside a front gate. So when I went in that door, it led directly into the studio where class had started to take place. I walked in and the entire class, including the instructor just stared at me. Upon which the INSTRUCTOR rudely said "there are no shoes allowed in here." I apologized and said I was trying to find somewhere to put my stuff, and helplessly looked around a little bit before she said, "well we've already started", then rolled her eyes, and turned around. I understand it may have been strange to see someone come in the side door, but I was clearly confused and looked to the front of the class for an answer or a helpful comment and the instructor could not have fallen more short of the overall non-judgemental and nurturing attitude I've come to know through many yoga instructors. I have never felt more unwelcome, embarrassed, and infuriated, in any workout environment ESPECIALLY yoga. Keep in mind I visited their website to find the time class started and it said NOTHING about doors being locked after class had started, or making any sort of reservation to confirm your spot. I have no idea how they made it top five in the city with this kind of attitude towards newcomers or people in general. For a studio that claimed to have a "laid back, welcome home atmosphere" I was shocked and disappointed that my 45 second interaction with Vivify was anything but welcoming and accepting. I cannot justify ever going back and will stick to blissful spirits, where they are helpful and friendly - and if you happen to walk in a few minutes late they are grateful to share their practice and welcome you - not chastise and humiliate you.

In response to the owner:
It is very unfortunate that my phone and your security camera clock are not synced up - but I feel that you are confused as to why I was upset. While I am very aware that I was indeed late to the class (I first stated that I was running late), I would like to point out that I have no issues with your gyms policy to lock the door. I arrived to a new gym, was unable to find the correct door (as it was unmarked) and instead of being told that you couldn't allow me in the room until I had filled out a liability form or that you didn't allow people to come in past the 10 mins, etc., - I received two rude comments, an eye roll, and was further dismissed by your instructor. (Not to mention called a liar, immature, un-yogi like etc. when I reported it)
Also - please turn up the sound on your security video and hear me telling the second instructor, "she basically said 'get the F out of here'". How unfair of you to focus on what you perceived to be my "immature" reaction to being treated poorly rather than on your instructors unprofessional behavior.
