I absolutely love Julie’s yoga classes! She creates such a warm and welcoming environment in her home studio in White Rock. Each class is unique, with thoughtful modifications and personalized attention based on the group’s needs. Julie also provides high-quality mats, bolsters, and blocks, so there’s no need to bring your own. Plus, the mat spray she uses smells amazing! Her classes are incredibly affordable, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great yoga experience.

I have been doing yoga with Julie for a few months, now, and I am able to move much less stiffly these days. She asks what we would like to work on each class, and speaks loud enough for me to hear her without me wearing my hearing aids!!!! She REALLY cares for her people. I can't say enough good things about Julie as an instructor; she is very encouraging, and knows people aren't as flexible as she is, and doesn't want us to get hurt.

A positive and awesome improvement has been my Yoga experience with Julie. While dealing with illness and injury, Julie has taught me to battle those bodily setbacks using Restorative Yoga. Her instruction has also benefitted my mental state, providing a peaceful, yet joyful condition that lasts long past her classes. As a teacher, she is so kind and patient. I have gained even when my body has pushed back at doing movements that seem beyond my reach. My well-being is upped and improved after each session. Julie is an incredible instructor and Yoga coach.

I love practicing yoga with Julie!!! She gives options for each position and movement to ensure each person can practice comfortably and still challenge themselves. She tells us to listen to our body today since each day we come to the mat, our bodies are different. I always leave feeling more balanced, relaxed and fit.
