I have been trying for months to cancel my step-daughters membership because she is no longer with us, therefore, has not attended classes since summer. It took 2 months to get someone on the phone to ask for a refund and to cancel the membership.. next month rolls around and I got charged AGAIN. This place is ridiculous and impossible to get ahold of for the fact that they offer mediocre classes.

I went for my cousin's birthday party we went to the 3 trampolines that are in the back. me and my cousins were on it, all of us at once. (There were no signs saying we couldn't do that) then a teenage girl with a green vest yells at us. even though I was listening. stop letting inexperienced teenage girls that are rude with bad attitudes work here. never coming back again.

If I could leave a zero I most definitely would. I’m not going to go into full detail about what happened. My daughter had went Friday night with a friend of hers and the friends siblings and mom. Not a good time at all. I don’t feel like the incident that happened with my daughter and an employee Friday night was taken very serious. My daughter asked me to pick her up around 930pm and once I got there I found her outside in the parking lot in tears. I asked what happened. She told me so I went inside to talk to a manager and didn’t see a worker. I asked a few of the other kids that were there that know my daughter if they knew what had happened or heard anything. A young gal that was working there finally came up to me and asked what was going on and we talked. Found out she was the employee that said the things to my daughter even though she denied it. Another woman came over and asked if everything was okay. I said no and explained what was going on. It wasn’t going to be resolved so my daughter and I left. Once we got home I emailed the listed email on the website and explained what had happened. I noted I would call Monday to speak to a manager or the owner. I called today (7/1) around 430pm. I spoke to a woman who said she was the manager. I tried to explain what had happened but I kept getting interrupted with questions or statements. I told her I didn’t get the workers name Friday night because I was pretty upset about what was said to my child and what was instigated between other girls that were there. I described the employee as a young blondish/brownish haired girl and was told she didn’t have a blonde employee that looked like that. I told her there was another woman that could verify the gals name because she came up to me and asked if everything was okay. I just felt like the woman didn’t believe a word I was saying about what had happened Friday night from the beginning of the conversation with her. I told her what was said and I was told she highly doubted it and this was the first she had heard about the situation besides my email that apparently made no sense to her. She also said she never gets complaints on that employee even tho she told me they didn’t have an employee that looked like that. My whole point for the complaint was that an adult should NOT talk to a child the way that employee talked to my daughter nor get other kids involved and instigate a situation. The employee should be setting an example for these kids and that was not the case. Towards the end of the conversation the lady told me she had to get both sides and watch the surveillance footage and it would be investigated because her hands are tied until she talks to the employee. I know there’s not a whole lot for these kids to do here but I do NOT recommend taking your kids to Zia elite on Friday nights for “club Zia”. We won’t be returning.

My daughter has been on the gymnastics team for two years now. The coaches have a strong dedication to the kids and their families. They also strive to tie us to the community with food drives, parades etc.

This is not the place to take your children with disabilities. The staff is rude and when I asked for a call from the owner, I got that call, and he has no idea how to deal with disabilities either. I suggest for any person with autistic children to stay far away. I recorded them and have sent it through the proper channels. If your looking for caring, gentle, people DONT start here

This was a great place for my grand daughters 6th birthday!
They had so much fun, and the staff was great, came in to see if we needed anything multiple times.

If I could rate this place a zero I would! We had a birthday party to go to & Walking into the place it smelt like straight mold and a mildew & just plain dirty, come to find out the roof was leaking EVERYWHERE! You couldn’t even enjoy it cause everywhere you walked you were stepping into wet puddles, our socks were soaked! The employees were VERY rude & trying to kick the party out before it was even time.! I will not recommend this place to anyone or be back to it myself!

If I could leave a 0 star review I would! Booked a party room for my son’s 5th birthday and we got terrible service. The young girls working were so rude and they were kicking us out before our time was even up. Then to top it off I guess they were having roof leak issues and we were not aware. Our feet kept getting soaked and it was disgusting! The 4 and younger room was also closed down for whatever reason. The upkeep in this place is TERRIBLE! Will not be going back.. ever!

The instructor was not teaching the kids the proper technique to do a back roll like place their hands near their head or tucking in their head because she was filling paperwork out in the middle of the class.

Every class, event, or party we attend at Zia Elite Gymnastics is top notch. From the coaches, to the staff, to the owners, everyone is kind and helpful. Our child does the cheer program, and LOVES it. She’s learned so much; from cheers, to tumbling, to teamwork, it’s been so fun to watch her learn and grow. We just had her birthday party here as well, and were happy with everything. The staff helped us out so much, and everything was clean and ready to go when we got there. But most importantly, the kids had the best time. We appreciate all the hard work that goes into making our experiences amazing at Zia Elite! <3

This place looks nice and great for kids, however, I’m not at peace not being able to see my children around the corners. I get anxiety not seeing my kids if they’re getting hurt or bothered by other children. They should install cameras and display those corners in big TVs by the lobbies for parents to watch.

I highly recommend this facility for all of your gymnastics needs. Additionally, they do cheerleading, preschool, birthday parties, aerial arts, and classes for adults! There is something for everybody!
