A year ago I signed up for this gym at 65 years old. I was so scared and had never been a gym person but I was ready to get in shape. I joined without knowing anyone but the coaches made me feel so welcome from day 1. I have never felt this good about myself and the mood it puts me in. It’s actually my happy place. Thank you for being so patient and helpful everyday I’m there. Friends and family have all noticed my transformation both mentally and physically. It’s a very welcoming place to be.

I started at the young age of 70 with OB. I have health problems and brought these to the coaches attention. They have worked with me on these problems, helped me lose weight and gain muscle. They have also helped me with my mindset and have listen to me when I have questions which they have answered. It is not just coach that will answer your questions and it is not just one coach that will help you out. THEY ALL work as a team to help you. We are a family at OB and you will not find that anywhere in the exercise field. If you don't think you can, the coaches and staff will help you do it.

Everyone from staff to clients makes this place feel like the best team environment ever. They all helped and cheered me on as I took back my life. Their staff is so helpful and educate you on the right way to live without a fad diet. Their workout plan really pushes you and is open for every age, size and shape individual. I recommend all take a six week challenge and see what you could do for yourself.

I was only able to do it for a short time due to health reasons I had to stop. With in that short time I met the most wonderful people that had me given me the best experience of a work out.. I did the semi- private classes 3 days a week. It was supposed to be a 12 week challenge, I completed only 4 weeks & down 15 lbs. They gave me not only the incentive to challenge myself, but the feeling of more confidence of performing the work out. I had learned alot of tips from the trainers & it had me excited to push myself to do the "extra mile" on my workouts!! I now do them at home at my own pace but have noticed my legs are stronger & back to retaining muscles again. Even though I couldn't complete the program; I feel fortunate enough that I was able to have that experience with them!

The amount of encouragement and accountability that is built into the programs at OB Training is like no other gym I’ve belonged to and I’ve been working out for decades. The personalized workouts really help you develop and grow regardless of where you are starting from (totally out of shape to overtrained weekend warrior)! Highly recommend if your serious about a fitness and overall wellness program.

I procrastinated on this challenge for over a year..Having one to many back surgeries I was leary on doing things the right way..but we planned out a program that was comfortable for me and paced to my skill set..I knew I had to make changes with eating and exercise but was better at making excuses...until I finally just did it !! I knew the minute I started hearing about this program that I had to try and I have not looked back.. The classes are filled with regular people not meat heads...it's people pushing and inspiring you to meet your goals...I did a 6 week challenge and could not wait to join up for good...For me it's the accountability and the push to be better...if your on the fence about it, here's your push!! Nobody's coming to save you but rest assured OB will guide you through every step !!

I started the 6 week Take Back Your Life challenge at the beginning of November and by week 2 I knew that I would be sticking around after the challenge was completed. The coaches are all amazing and truly care about everyone who steps through their doors, they truly do celebrate your successes with you. The energy from the coaches and from your fellow members is contagious!! The classes are challenging, but at the end of the day I always walk out of there feeling like I had a great time pushing myself. They make the nutrition plan incredibly easy to follow and that really is the game changer. I plan to continue mainly eating that way going forward because I truly do love the way I feel now that I am fueling my body the right way. My energy, confidence, strength, recovery, and overall more positive way of viewing progress have improved 10 fold since I started at O.B. I truly cannot thank them enough for their help and guidance and I can’t wait to see what I can do over the next year and beyond!! Joining O.B. was easily one of the best decisions that I have ever made for myself!!

No words can express the appreciation I have for this facility. The staff is amazing, the facility is friendly, and the members are awesome.
