Parking and kids center for 8 dollars a day or 22 dollars a month added to your membership. Sauna. Stretch area classes. New machines and old machines. Its one of the best gyms in the area. I wudnt go from 5-8pm cause of rush hour. But a real gym for goal oriented individuals or weight lifters. Elevator that leads up to the garage also.

Giving a 5 rating for the cycling class is a grave injustice It is undeniably the best cardio class I have ever participated in. The instructor, Kathyann, is amazingly interactive and motivational. This class is an absolute can't miss for me, especially on weekends. Great stuff!

The staff is rude they barely talk and act like you are interrupting them when you ask a question. This one woman treated me so rude I asked if she remembered me she said "yes" and location yet didn't look in my direction nor did she acknowledge me. I just don't get it is there no district manager that urges customer service? I think I am going to back to kew gardens or change gyms altogether. I was going to get a personal trainer but not from them. It doesn't cost a thing to be welcoming. However if you don't care about social interaction the place is huge with plenty of equipment and a huge free weight floor that is largely empty in the middle of the day.

Personally I like this gym because of the wide variety of equipment and weights available and also how big the space is. The bathroom is mostly clean havent showered there though. I dont interact with the staff much but they greet me most of the time when I come in. Overall not a bad gym better than most where I live so I go about a mile and a half to get there.

On 6/12/18 Got a 5 Classes for 279.99 Offer. Didn't Start mine first class until 6/22/18, Where someone went wrong and got Hurt, 5 minutes later after Beginning sprained mine left Knee. Was taken to the Suny Hospital where they did say I got sprained knee and I need to let mine knee rest. So I go to talk to the club manager, I go like Sir I'm not gonna be able to do heavy lifting for nex 2 or 3 weeks. He responded well its gonna be difficult since you took classes already. I'm like it's my first class. He asked why its your first class. I did respond because mine schedule was kind of tight. I'm like I'm not gonna be able to work anytime soon. Cant put my bills on hold. All I'm asking is a refund, so I can take care of a few bills while healing, and I can get back to work. He/she said we can refund you the money but you do need to bring doctor Documents saying this that tara rarara. Did bring a few but. Still making my life miserable. Merciless People Before anyone signing or getting a personal trainer read it contract carefully. they will not refund money No matter what.

The worst service I have ever experienced. First thing was That I transferred 4 sessions with personal trainer to the Tildon Location from Kew Garden. And they were transferring me almost a month by saying "we will call you again". In the end I lost money because they don't care. But my complaints mostly about This location. The service here is worse than any where else. Do not go to this location never ever. They will lie about most of thing. Just to get rid of you. In the begging they will tell you one thing, but in reality is different. I asked couple times about working hours of the bar. And the people who are making shakes would leave 2-3 hours earlier. Even after I was making sure what time they would leave, so I could have buy shakes earlier. The second things, Personal trainer (Martel R) ignored my request for 3 weeks without notifications. I can to him asking to schedule the session, but he would just ignore and disappear. And last thing managers are liar there. He doesn't know how payment's system works. Gym charged me annual fee, after my conversation with him. He told me it will be refund and I asked how long it will take. He send me to the customer service. I'm the customer service the put me on hold twice for 10 min each time just to look my account with them. And the result she said it's non refundable. Because manager did not aware me about such details I lost my money again. It's just such disappointment!!

BEWARE, THIS LOCATION IS NOT SAFE. After being a loyal customer for over 15 years (previously Ballys) I had my keys stolen at this location and no one ever returned them. But my missing keys were not the worse part, the worse part was the treatment of my situation by staff. The staff at this location does not care and is unprofessional. They ignore you when you approach them and they eat at the front desk. They were very rude to me in my time of crisis and I will never forget it. Never going back. Cancelled my membership and going to Blink which is closer to home. Good luck to any of the remaining members.

The best 24hr fitness in brooklyn. Better than 86th, kings hway, and sheepshead put together. Ive been with ballys over 20 years. Largest gym area with all kinds of machines and freeweights you can think of. Gym Smells good, clean, and staff is friendly. Plenty of space in between machines, unlike some gyms where u can hear the person next to you breathing :).

It's a definite improvement from Belly Total Fitness, which it bought out a few years back. This location is trying and I appreciate it, though they still have a way to go. There are good classes, good trainers, a lot of cardio equipment, a nice juice bar, and ample parking. What really bothers me is that some members have no respect for the place. They don't wipe equipment after use, don't re-rack weights, and the weights keep mysteriously disappearing. Who does that? So frustrating. But this is a convenient location and it's reasonably priced so I'll just keep coming.

I like the gym. It seems legits. They many benefits and courses. But the issues is that my experience being there, they didn't have thing to workout with or on and people were half ass using the stuff and asking time talking than working out. This is a large gym with 4 levels of equipment. I specifically try to go during off-peak hours when the place is empty. The group fitness classes get crowded but they WILL whip you into shape!! The instructors are great!!
This is not a fancy place:: Things being broken and a bit unclean is why i give 3 stars. Yes I know it IS a gym, but Beware!

The staff is nice and there are several perks at this location like the daycare, fresh smoothies, and parking to name a few.

the worst gym I have ever been to, the place is very limited with equipment but that is not the worst. I signed up this year and manager is very rude told me don't work out on the wall, this is tha gym he told me now I feel stupid for staying that long with such a crappie company that clearly don't have their costumer as a priority. I would not recommend this gym, not even to my worst enemy, by the way don't try to ask manager or associated for corporate numbers or anyone over the manager because they claim not to have their number.
