8Well has been instrumental in my health and wellness journey.
I was incredibly nervous about stepping into the gym since I hadn’t worked out in a while, but Tyler reassured me that everyone was welcoming and that the coaches would be there every step of the way, and he was 100% right! The community is so supportive, and there’s absolutely zero judgment.
Osi and Gianna do an amazing job explaining the workouts and offering modifications when needed, and Niki is a constant motivator who pushes you to do and be your best.
My husband and I started with the “two-week intro” package, which included a free nutrition assessment with LIMNT. We met with Nick, who explained that he could design a personalized program for us and that if we stuck to it, we’d see results. We quickly signed up for the full nutrition package which came with personalized meal plans and macro targets, recipes, supplementation guidance, and even check-ins from Nick to make sure all is going well. We’ve already noticed great progress since starting in July.
If you’re considering 8Well, I highly recommend starting with the two-week intro package. You’ll not only love the experience, but I’m confident you’ll want to stick around as a member by the end of it!

There is NO other gym like 8well! I’ve trained at gyms and studios all over nyc and nothing compares to the program, community, attentiveness and environment at 8well. I love the program structure of three week phases because it’s enough time to watch yourself grow and get stronger while also keeping workouts fresh and exciting. The community is unlike anywhere you’ve been to. Everyone is so supportive and I find myself laughing so much throughout my workouts. The attentiveness of the trainers makes the small group sessions truly feel like 1-on-1 personal training. I trained here for 7 months during my pregnancy and felt so comfortable doing so because I know someone is always watching and ready to correct my form. The environment is welcoming, fun, clean, encouraging and all about growth. I’ve become SO much stronger and more knowledgable in health, nutrition and fitness since training here for almost two years. So grateful to be a member and I highly recommend taking advantage of the 2 week intro experience to see what it’s all about!

Before joining 8Well I had a hard time being consistent with my workout routine. Nothing ever seemed to stick. Been a member for almost a year now and I look forward to every class I attend, and have seen and felt better results than with any workout routine before. I love everyone here - the coaches and members. Couldn’t ask for a better gym!

If you are looking for smart, sound strength programming, this is your spot. It’s not CrossFit nor your average boutique circuit training studio. You will build strength and they will keep you healthy and moving well. The coaches here are top-notch—motivating, knowledgeable, and technically sound.

I worked with TJ and Tyler as part of a Summer Slim Down Challenge that I was a part of. The workouts they posted on their app were challenging, yet easy to follow, and were so helpful during this challenge, as I was traveling a lot and away from my home gym. I was able to stay on track and get in challenging workouts via the app. They were both always accessible via our Facebook group and zoom calls to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them and their program if you're looking to improve your fitness and see results!

I loved working with 8Well and using the app. All the videos were really clear and easy to follow which I found really helpful. The app was super easy to use, which is very helpful as I’m not very techy. They were always there when I had questions or needing a different exercise due to not having the right equipment or injury and answer very quickly. Highly recommend them.

I met and used the 8Well program with Tyler and TJ as part of a virtual seven week challenge. The workouts they provided were well balanced and progressive, and they enabled me to progress my strength training and reach new PR's. Using their workouts and eating properly helped me lose 10 pounds to change the shape of my body and increased my overall strength. Tyler and TJ's advice and support were invaluable over these past seven weeks and I will definitely be looking to work with them more moving forward!

I didn’t enjoy working out until I joined 8well. This gym, the atmosphere and the people changed my whole outlook. Before each workout the trainers demonstrate what you will be doing which relieves any fears I had around not knowing the workouts and they take the time to help you with your form which builds confidence. Not only are the trainers so supportive but so are the other members in the class and it is such a great community to be apart of! I don’t look at working out as a chore anymore it truly became a hobby.

Since becoming a member I would use two words to describe 8Well, strength and community. Not only have TJ & Tyler created a program that has progressively built up my strength training they have also built such a strong community around them. I began my journey with very minimal experience of weight training because I have always felt intimated or judged in other group environments. TJ & Tyler have given me the confidence to push myself and become stronger version of myself. Week 1 I could barley lift 10 LBS over my head and now a little over 3 months later I am up to 30 LBS and deadlifting 135 LBS. All in all the genuine care that they have to see each of their members succeeded as well as the time they put into their program just makes me even more excited for my journey here. Never did I think I would say that working out is the highlight of my day.

Started with tj two weeks ago and already feel a difference. Went in a bit skeptical and with some reservation, however, tj put me at ease. Did an assessment before jumping into a routine and created a workout to suit my needs. Very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Love the new space...it has a great energy. This private training center is not officially open yet but get in line. TJ came to our home a few times and today we got to work out at the facility. Being a senior with a background in fitness I can tell you that they know their stuff. I am working with TJ to strengthen myself after multiple injuries. He understands how the body moves and knows how to modify exercises around injuries. In only a few sessions I am stronger and hopeful that I will overcome my limitations. TJ is an amazing young man with tons of knowledge, an interest in helping people become healthier, and a wonderful personality. If you don't want to be a couch potato, get there now!
