Great workout. Always different. I have never done the same workout twice. Trainers are very helpful and will modify for your fitness level. Best part, 30 mins and you are done.

The 9R work out delivers results in all areas: cardio,definition, coordination--and more! Each day and round is different; the trainers encourage, support, and develop you, so you maximize your work out and don't plateau. The N.Babylon crew always shows Cali. love so i feel like I have 2 home gyms!

I have joined many gyms and taken all sorts of fitness classes in the past, but nothing compares to 9 round. In the 2 months that I have been working out at 9 round I have made more improvements than I ever did on my own at a typical gym. After a full day of work I truly look forward to coming to 9 round to get my sweat on. I love that I don't have to pause to think about what I want to focus on and work next. Darren and the trainers always have a different workout planned for the day that is both fun and challenging. I love that I can come in whenever I want and that there's always a trainer to help motivate me along when I feel I'm hitting a wall. The team at 9 round are more than just staff, they care about your individual success and will help you reach your goals. Seriously don't miss out, give 9 round a try!

I am going into my second week at this place and I absolutely love it! The convenience of a class starting every 3 minutes of the day speaks for itself, and it is so nice to just show up at any time of the day and get a 30 minute workout with a personal trainer in the gym at all times. Every day is a different workout, and a great new challenge! As an athlete, I am always looking for something to take my workouts to the next level, and this is it. Everything can even be modified for someone who is not used to working out. Definitely worth checking out their free class.. but be warned that you will get hooked immediately!

I have been with 9 Rounds in Deer Park for 3 months now and they are phenomenal. I can't say enough about the trainers and their expertise. I have definitely lost weight and toned up since I started. The best part is it only takes 30 minutes after my long day at work I can spare 30 minutes. I am glad that I have searched them out. I did the week free and was so impressed that I signed up for a year. Check it out you will have great results like me!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love this place! Such a fun & addicting work out. You will get such a great work out in just a half hour. Staff is great and motivating. Started in late February and I already see results on the scale and in my strength! Try out the first class for free. You won't regret it!!!!

Absoultley love it! Nothing bad to say about it or anyone who works there. Everyone is so friendly and motivating. No one judges or makes you feel out of place. I'm always excited to go back. Definteley a great full body workout. Also love how you can come whenever you want, there are no set times/classes, perfect for a busy schedule.

This facility is amazing.. I traded going to a traditional gym for gloves and guidance and It was the best decision. I've been going for 2 months now and not only am I stronger but my endurance is much higher. I can now run longer and faster because of it. With that came the success of completing my very first cross country 5k at a faster time than my flat 5k race. Thanks guys!!
