9Round offers a fun and functionally effective way to be healthier. I HATE cardio, with the exception of 9Round classes! Boxing makes me feel strong, assists with the management of my emotions, and is good for the heart. Let's not forget it's only 30 minutes of my time. The instructors are always respectful and motivating. They watch your form and offer assistance to ensure you won't hurt yourself. I would recommend this to anyone.

Finished my second session at 9Round Liverpool and I am really enjoying it. The trainers have patience, are encouraging and have a great understanding of what someone needs to improve overall. I am glad I found a place that is near by, gives me a great workout for 30 minutes and is safe.

This workout is exactly what my body needs to stay toned and healthy, and it's only 30 minutes of my time (-best part)!! Every workout is different, which keeps me interested and motivated to come back every week! The trainers are very supportive and don't push too hard (just the right amount), unlike some other places I have been. I highly recommend 9 Round to anyone who is considering a fast yet effective way of getting in shape!

No problem, they will make adjustments for you at that round. In 30 minutes you can get a workout in you feel good about. The members cheer one another on and itβs always a very positive environment!

I joined over 2 months ago and have really enjoyed the work out I get here. Precautions have been taken during this COVID pandemic so I have no concerns for my safety in this area. The trainers are also friendly and a great source of support and encouragement during my work out.

Never gets OLD. So much fun you forget how hard you are working. Perfect for my busy schedule! Anyone who needs to workout but gets to the point where they get sick of it- this is the place for you. I am still motivated to go after a year and that is saying A LOT! Not to mention I am way stronger and smaller than I was 2.5 years ago when I started.

I've never enjoyed a workout more. The staff is very accommodating to my back problems and will modify the workouts for me. It goes by so fast! The fact that there are no class times and you can show up whenever you want is super beneficial if you're running late from something!

9Round is awesome! My boyfriend and I do it together, we get a total full body workout, and after only a month, going 3 times a week, have started to see some positive results! The trainers are very involved and motivating which makes the half hour go by even faster. Itβs also convenient that it is only a half hour as we both have an hour commute home from work, so we do our workout when we get home and still have time in the evening after class to eat right and relax! Love it and highly recommend!!

This is a great place to go if your not sure about what to do at a gym. There is ALWAYS a trainer to tell you what workout your doing, and they are FUN! First workout is free, so if you want to just test it out, try it! It's always a full body workout and only 30 minutes. Anyone can do anything in 30 minutes!

This place is great for challenging, varied, efficient and fun workouts! Every day is a new set of exercises, so you never know what to expect.
