Setting up a regular session with Allen is one of the best decisions Iβve made for myself and my health. He is very knowledgeable and varies my routine week to week. More importantly, he really listens to what my goals are and assesses each movement to be sure it doesnβt aggravate any body part ( Iβm my case, my rotator cuff). Iβm getting great results already, feeling stronger and more toned. I highly recommend him for strengthening, toning, balance improvement or whatever you may need to be healthy.

I have been training with Allen for several years. I am a 61 year old woman and was recommended to Allen after two falls on my knees. I was afraid I would never walk again without aid and had severe knee pain.
After working with Allen I have no knee pain, have gotten stronger and lost weight. I feel great. Weights with Allen's expertise has changed EVERYTHING.

I have been participating in the small group training bootcamps with Allen and truly look forward to these workouts every week! Allen customizes new workouts for each class, with circuits for upper body, lower body and core. I leave class feeling great after these total body workouts. Classes are fun and challenging. Allen ensures you are lifting with proper form and will adjust and modify if needed. I would definitely recommend Allen for anyone who is looking to become their strongest, best self!

I am very happy with the results I see from Allen's training. He is very knowledgeable and has shown me the correct and safe way to exercise to achieve my fitness goals. I've been going to Allen for a year and a half. I can definitely say I am stronger now and have enjoyed adding strength training to my routine. My friends introduced me to Allen over a year ago and we have turned classes into a small group bootcamp training. It is fun but at the same time such a great workout. I'm 82 and have been working with Allen formerly 15 years. When we stated I rated in the bottom 10% of men my age. My diabetes was problematic. Today I'm stronger and fitter than I was in my 50's. While my diabetes has progressed it is better than expected. Allen has been a key factor in this accomplishment. I'm regularly told I look 10 or 15 years younger than I am. Allen is both an excellent motivator and a great coach.
