I have been apart of the AHT community from the day they opened their doors. I’ve not only changed physically I’ve changed mentally as well. The environment is so inviting and encouraging. You learn proper form and movements. They teach how to implement food into your life that you can sustain long term. The facilities are so clean and updated. AHT has DEFINITELY made a HUGE difference in my life on so many levels! I chose this business as a colleague of mine has had amazing results with her own personal weight loss journey & I needed the same; I just desperately needed the tools to be successful at my age. Not only have I lost 15 lbs--and more will be lost-- but the work-outs have also helped to strengthen my body & become more flexible once again. My biggest concern was my bulging L4 disc during work-outs, but every coach is right on top of it with modifications if/when needed; and that goes for everyone. The environment amongst the coaches & members is always positive & supportive. I'm so glad this is part of my life!

The coaches are fantastic, the facility is great, the program is top notch. I took on the 6 week challenge not really thinking I'd get much out of it and certainly not thinking I'd continue on after the 6 weeks. I love everything about the program, the trainors and accountability and workouts have helped me to lose weight, gain health benefits. I've learned to eat healthy without dieting. I've lost 40 lbs. I had a terrible experience with the customer service. The trainers were rude and unhelpful; they only assisted people they knew or liked. Whenever I made a mistake, they belittled me just because I didn't know what to do. I paid $700 for a six-week program that turned out to be useless, and the body tracker was broken for the entire six weeks. Additionally, there were dogs in the gym, which left it filled with dog hair and a musty smell.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like I am seen and I matter. The coaches are very motivating and inspiring . Coach Britt and coach Kevin are like parents to a huge family! They’re always available and helpful. Results do happen there! But you gotta put in the work on your end! And everyone there will encourage you! Words can’t explain how much AHT has changed my life for the better - started with the 6 week challenge last January and I’ve been here ever since! Not only do I feel the best mentally and physically that I have ever felt before in my life, but seeing the results from all the hard work is so gratifying - it pushes me to do things I never thought I could before, day in and day out!
Made amazing connections in new friends at AHT and words can’t say how incredible it is to have such support and accountability in all the badass coaching staff - they are always there for me, no matter what & no matter when! They are with you from day one and stick by you, the accountbility and support is an absolute game changer!

I’ve been with AHT since 2019 and let me tell you that it’s been a great experience. It’s not just the workouts in the gym. It’s also the phone calls, text messages, and post cards to make sure everything is going good and feedback on if we are enjoying and getting the most out of the workouts. The coaches switch up the format so it isn’t the same thing everyday. So if your looking for a new gym, come to AHT.

I have never been much of gym
Person, I honestly haven’t had the greatest experiences with them. AHT has literally changed my life. They really picked the best coaches to represent, and I appreciate each and every one of them for the endless support and help they have provided me. I have a ways to go but am so happy to be doing it all here. Hands down the best gym I have ever been apart of. The coaches have a ton of knowledge, like about everything. They will walk over to you when you’re working out, and just hand you heavier weights. Then they’ll correct your form so you don’t injure yourself. They play really good music so you forget that you’re working out. They also cheer you on, and motivate you to be the best you can be. They treat you like you are an athlete. AHT will cause your scale to go down. You’ll have to go shopping for new clothes because none of yours fit anymore. You’ll meet new people and become really good friends with them. You’ll be waking up early in the morning to do movements you may not have done in a while. You will sign up for things that challenge your mind and your body. Your family will wonder where your confidence is coming from. You will walk into a room and not be self conscious about who is looking at you. You’ll will become the best version of yourself and have so much energy and confidence at the same time. I was intimidated to start at AHT and prolonged it. My husband signed us up for the 6 week program as we were STUCK in a rut. I was so incredibly wrong with my assumption! The professionalism that comes from each coach, their incredible knowledge, and their encouragement and teaching during class was exactly what we needed. We have become official members as their 6-week program gave us the results we needed for our physical health and also our mental health. I can not recommend AHT enough! After going through a lot of life hurdles I knew I wanted to make some changes, and I looked at many gyms. I knew I could join any gym but I chose AHT because of the environment and the people. I joined the 6 week program and 3 weeks in I am seeing the results. This program exceeded my expectations. I recently retired after teaching for 37 years. I was looking to improve my level of fitness and lose weight so that i could enjoy this new part of my life journey. I signed up for the 6 week program with AHT primarily because of my prior positive experience training under Kevin and Brittany. The coaches who run the classes I attend, Karl and Kaela, are phenomenal! They are great motivators and have been supremely helpful in modifying the workouts for me. Kaela is my primary coach. She has been incredibly good about providing encouragement and suggestions for success in regards to both the fitness program and my nutritional plan. I signed up for their six week program designed to burn fat and improve cardiovascular fitness. Although I did not need to lose much fat to begin with, I found this program, the facility snd it’s staff extremely helpful in instilling positive habits that inspire lasting change and progress. I started here at Achilies Heel about 6 weeks ago at 60 years old with no real prior gym experience and a prior foot injury. It has been so far a GREAT experience. I can't believe my anxiety almost stopped me from joining. I've only ever done open gyms in the past, so the idea of doing group classes genuinely terrified me. But after just one class, the anxiety was gone. Every single coach has been so accommodating and knowledgeable. I absolutely love this gym! I was struggling to find the motivation to workout on my own so I decided to try out classes instead. I signed up for the 6 week challenge & do not regret it one bit! Although I am NOT a morning person, I go to the 6:15 class because it's the only one that works with my crazy work schedule & as soon as I get into the gym I feel wide awake and ready to take on the day. The coaches are great & the music gets me motivated & pumped up to work out. I'm only about 4 weeks in and already feel so much better about myself & more confident. I was introduced to AHT by a friend from work, and have been absolutely loving the atmosphere, the dedicated trainers, and the holistic approach taken here! I felt nervous walking in the first time but the coaches and fellow AHT’ers have been so incredibly supportive and encouraging! I love the focus on mobility and functional strength, along with nutrition guidance! Wish I could go more frequently. The only suggestion I would make is to look into opening another location on the east side of town :)

Was always interested in joining a gym like this but my anxiety stopped me for a long time, now I feel like I have a found a second home, all the coaches are so supportive and welcoming and actually take an interest in knowing you. If you are looking to change your life for good, then Achilles Heel Training is the gym for you! Trainers Kevin and Brittany knowledge and passion for fitness and life is what sets them apart. They take the time to show you the proper techniques and they truly care about each and every client and will do everything they can to help you reach your goals. The gym has such a positive, energetic atmosphere. I love how they take proper hygienic care of the the facility. I also joined the nutrition program and for the first time I am actually aware of my eating habits verse some quick diet, it’s becoming a lifestyle. I have personally Been going for a little over three months and the gym is now something I look forward to and is one of the best parts of my day.

I started at Achilles back in 2019…I was never interested in the ‘typical gym’ that had treadmills, ellipticals, machines, etc …this gym is like the oasis in the desert. I started my journey with AHT Auburn when they opened their doors on September 15th and have not looked back. I can honestly say that I look forward to every workout and the motivation and determination displayed by all members. It is a great start to my day. All of the workouts are for all fitness levels. Each exercise is demonstrated with correct form and a modification if needed. The owners and coaches are amazing and are dedicated to helping all of their clients achieve their fitness and/or nutrition goals with emphasis on the importance of maintaining a healthy, balanced life style. They are always welcoming with a smile and a positive attitude. If you are looking for a gym that has a positive and motivating atmosphere, with knowledgeable and friendly staff / coaches, this gym is for you!! I started about two months ago utilizing the one week training deal. I was instantly impressed and joined. Owners Kevin and Britt have assembled an amazing team of trainers, including themselves. As a Pillar member, my body composition (Body fat %, skeletal muscle mass, etc.) is tracked monthly using their advanced scaling technology. I have experienced significant results in the 1st month. I've been looking for a way to incorporate fitness back into my routines for some time. I'm not as young as I once was (who is, right?) and the growing list of impairments has been a real barrier for me. Even worse, I wasn't confident that I could restart a fitness routine. I joined Achilles Heel as part of a summer challenge and I can't believe how incredible it has been! I've been with AHT since day one and watching them grow to where they are today has been amazing. All of the couches are the best, BUT I will really miss Lyss and her Justin Bieber music at 6am when she leaves Camillus for the Auburn location!!! Huge shoutout to coach Marissa with helping me with nutrition. I am the PICKIEST eater and she still was able to work with me to create meal plans that worked (no veggies!!!). I always look forward to Saturdays with coach Bailey at 8:15am followed by Butts & Guts with coach and owner Britt at 9:15!!! I'm so grateful for this gym and how they have impacted my life!! I LOVE this gym! I was a college athlete and graduated in 2017. Since then, I’ve been to several gyms in the area searching for one that provides me with the same intensity workouts as collegiate soccer, combined with a “team” atmosphere…and I wasn’t able to find it until I joined AHT! I drive 25 minutes just to attend classes here, because it is WORTH IT! Every trainer at AHT pays such close attention to form- which you’ll only get with 1 on 1 personal training at other gyms. I can’t say enough great things about AHT, they’ve got a GOOD THING GOING!

I just really love this gym. It’s so convenient, it’s all scheduled classes, and they just tell me what to do and I do it. The coaches are amazing and so helpful and supportive. I’ve had a great experience here. The trainers are knowledgeable and make working out fun. The pace is fast and keeps moving. I love that there is no down time. I was nervous to do group classes and afraid that it would not be intense enough. Boy was I wrong! The classes are amazing. I’ve been challenged each time and they offer modifiers if needed. I would recommend AHT to anyone looking for something new or different. As a cardio junkie, this is both!

This is so much more then a gym. The trainers here are very knowledgeable and outgoing. They make sure form is top on the list and they explain every movement in detail. Not only is the facility clean and organized, it provides ample amount of training options from beginners to experienced patrons with dedicated trainers assisting along the way. The AHT staff, lead by Britt and Kevin, learn individuals’ strengths and weaknesses, whether it be in a group setting or one on one training.
