Ryan is an incredible coach. I worked with him for about two years and was in the best shape of my life! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he treats his clients as students so you can be well equipped with the knowledge and skill to be self sustained in your fitness journey. His communication is also unmatched, making him the perfect accountability buddy. In addition to all I've said, Ryan's passion for fitness and health is contagious, he really makes you want to be a better version of yourself. Highly recommend working with Ryan if you want to better yourself physically and mentally!

I was restarting my weightlifting journey after a long time and needed some guidance on form and technique. Ryan taught me a lot in a short time.

I appreciated his care and motivation, and I came away having learned a lot, especially with videos of myself and his coaching that helped remind me of key parts of my deadlift, which I was a beginner at.

Ryan helped me see that I could progress without overdoing it or injuring myself, and I appreciate that we are aligned on not harming any animals.

I started working with Ryan after changing to a vegan lifestyle. I needed to learn the ins and outs of my new approach to nutrition and he helped me understand the ease of changing protein sources from animals to plants. I have been working out for 20 years and Ryan introduced me to a new style of training that I had not tried before. He helped me perfect my form and worked slowly to increase the weight of my lifts as I was worried about hurting myself with the new style of training. Ryan listened to my concerns and worked closely with me and I am happy to say I am at my highest level of physical fitness that I have ever been and I am 40! Ryan is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been into fitness for about 12 years now but I felt like I had plateaued. I really wanted to get leaner and build more muscle but I was struggling to do that on my own. He worked with me on my specific goals, gave me nutritional advice, and created a workout regimen that was perfect for me. A few months later after putting in the work and I’m exactly where I want to be! Could not recommend Aethix Fitness more!
