We had our child's 7 year old birthday party at Albany Ninja Lab. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my child and his friends. They had so much fun and all the staff was super friendly. Highly recommended!

I will never go here again. The kid was totally disrespectful to me. I do not process things like others so it takes me some time. He was so pissed at me having to explain something twice. He said " idk why you don't get what I'm saying, I have been very clear" obviously not if I have questions. I will never go to this place again. Still waiting on refund as we never went to participate. This kid should be replaced he has no clue what people are dealing with and if the might have a disability.

We've been taking our son Jack to Albany Ninja Lab in Albany, NY for over four years, and it’s been an incredible experience! His coach, Jacob, is fantastic, striking the perfect balance of encouragement and discipline. All the coaches are exceptional, skillfully working with everyone from young kids to adults. At 12, Jack loves it just as much as he did when he started. Highly recommend Albany Ninja Lab for a fun, supportive, and engaging environment!

Our son really loves this place. We come for Tiny Ninjas on the weekends and he would probably stay there all day if he could. The set up is fun and feels pretty safe to me as a hyper vigilant parent. The coaches are mostly really nice and encouraging, though there is one younger guy there who could probably benefit from a lesson on talking to young children, but hey! We’re all learning so I’d just maybe suggest that the folks teaching the younger kids maybe have some experience with them.

Other than that minor issue, this place is great and I’ve already recommended it to other parent friends of ours.

They weren't overly busy on this Sunday in August which gave us plenty of time to use the equipment. Thank you to the staff that were particularly helpful giving directions so we could get the best results!

It was a fun party and staff was nice. My only qualm was that the decor was lacking. Our room had 2 tables but only one had a table cloth. The plates and cups were just the cheap white paper plates and clear plastic cups and the plastic utensil were half clear plastic and other half was neon green. The "goodie bags" were not in a bag at all. Just a sticker a rubber bracelet and a discount token. I would definitely suggest bringing your own supplies if you want it to look festive. I definitely regret not making my own goodie bags. However, there is a refrigerator in your party room and plenty of tables for food and gifts

Had an awesome first time experience with my friend at this ninja gym. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to have a great experience and loves to ninja. Some of the staff like Jessie who is very knowledgeable about ninja and very personable allowed us to feel right at home. Taylor was very accommodating and personable as well. We really appreciated the support and encouragement throughout it all.

First time here. First impression was it was smaller than expected but I have not been to others so I am basing off solely what I had in mind. The host, Taylor was nice, attentive and addressed the kids by name which was impressive considering there were lots of kids there.

Our first time there for a party, but my son had been there for a class trip. He loves it. The 2 coaches were friendly and engaging with the kids explaining some safety ideas on parts of the courses. There appeared to be 3 courses. Maybe more. There were 2 parties going on (ours plus one other). The party rooms have a refrigerator with a freezer (we didn't know this or we would have brought ice for the drinks and ice cream for the party). There was some instruction to the kids on the courses but the kids are pretty much allowed to run free and experience each course as they wanted. (I would have liked to have seen more guidance for the kids to know how to do each course). Bathrooms are easy to access and clean!!! They have an arrangement with a local pizza place to get a discount and they deliver. Awesome! They provide all the paper and plastic, you provide food and drinks. They also provided a rubber wrist band for each party goer to take home. (The website said 50% off tokens for each guest for open gym as well but our guests only received stickers. I didn't really catch this until we got home. So if you like to have party favors for your guests, provide your own.) Worked out great. My son had a blast. He brought his Ninja water bottle (for the bday kid) to school the next day! He is excited to go there to learn more parkour.

The instructors are fantastic with kids. They are very encouraging and build confidence to combat each child's self-doubt. Each week, the class activities are different. After just a few sessions there, I could see growth in my 8 year old boy/girl twins' physical skill & confidence. They both love it there.

Fun. Kids love it. Very basic idea and layout, but does the job. Has multiple areas to work on skills, play. Staff was fun and engaging with the kids. Open gym experience - There is no (or none enforced) restrictions to who and what age play where at any given time. So play at your own risk. Bathrooms are easy to access. Fun tea shirts. Great news wall of their pupils' achievements. Fun party space too.

I had a a private party for both of my sons’ birthdays. Coach Justin was super helpful, engaging, and kept the party on schedule with my requests! All the employees I spoke with prior to the party for confirmation and questions were great. Many assistants were there to help out as well. All the kids had a GREAT time. It’s the perfect spot for winter birthday parties when you can’t be outside. My only suggestion for Ninja Lab would be to have a longer buffer in between parties so we could settle and set up before guests arrive. Overall great party and would definitely recommend!

Went there for a Ninja Competition 1/8/22 and it was really well run. Most competitions are running late but they were right on time. Great coaches, great facilities. If we're ever up in Albany again, would definitely visit for open gyms or classes. Facilities are also clean and in great shape.

Great option for kids who like ninja stuff, jumping on furniture, optical courses and you just need to get some energy out. The staff was amazing and talked to the kids, we're patient and understanding with everyone and we fun. Highly recommend. They tried to keep the kids safe at possible. My 5 year old loved it.
