I’ve been going there for PT for 2 months. I also use the machines with a monthly membership. I really like the family atmosphere, the inclusivity, the expert knowledge and friendliness and safety this place supplies. We’ve looked for a long time. This quaint place works for us.

I am new to running and have had hip pain which has slowed me down. I’m very excited about how well I’ve been doing but very discouraged about my pain so I decided to schedule a PT visit. I had full attention with two people, the owner and a student from utica college, both who are great. They narrowed down my pain to a muscle. Gave me great exercises to work on while still encouraging me to run. My insurance covered my visits, which was very exciting. I give Erik and his staff a four star review. I even think I will likely join the gym for workouts after my physical therapy is done.

All-American is great. Vintage Nautilus machines and good staff. Unfortunately It is not as good as it was, when above Cafe Canole. Now they share the gym with a PT who is insufferable.
