Kyle Allington's All-In-One Personal Training studio is located in close proximity to Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
-You don't need to go to THE GYM to get results.
-You don't need to do endless CRUNCHES to get a 6-pack.
There are 4 ways to train:
1. In-Studio: Private workouts in our fully equipped studio.
2. In-Home: I come to you (dorm, apartment, or house).
3. Remote (Virtual): Train live online from anywhere.
4. Hybrid: A combination of all training types.

Kyle did in-home and video training, making fitness possible for a busy mom. He was patient, kind, and nonjudgmental (which was so important to me, being very self-conscious after having children). Coach Kyle Allington was with me for 2 semesters and SUNY Cortland in which he worked with multiple teams such as the football team. I told Kyle (Allington!) to carve me into a Greek god. ‘I give you elite European marble.’, and the maestro delivered.
First we had a clear conversation trying to understand my goals and weaknesses and how to best address them. The first program cycle we went through was a general one focused on combined athleticism, strength, and hypertrophy. I had a blast and learned a lot
It was so much fun to pick his brain, go back and forth. Explore the different exercises he would challenge me with. See what feels good, what doesn’t. He observed me and listened carefully to how my body worked, and really tailored our trained style to me. He gave me much knowledge on many aspects of sports and fitness.
For the next cycles we focused purely on hypertrophy and bodybuilding. We refined the training, and he guided me superbly across weeks and months, and all the phases your body goes through.
Even having played basketball nationally U21 back home, he thought me so much and I never had trained so hard before in my life. I got pushed and it was a lot of fun to go over aspects of movement and strength and explosion and care of your body.
When we needed to be careful, he was there too, and was always attuned to have me do things safely.
The sessions were also very time efficient. I very much appreciated this as time management is not my strong suit. He kept us on such a tight track. One hour in, then out, and I had just done more than I ever thought possible. They were intense sessions, and we had a great dynamic. I have a demanding schedule from fundamental neuroscience, and in just 3 times per week I managed to bulk up from 80kg to 115kg in less than a year. The stretch marks everywhere are a proud testament to the muscle growth we managed. It was hard, and I couldn’t have done it without him.
I used to be a skinny nerd, now I am just a nerd. A jacked one. Thanks Kyle.
In sessions where I was tired, or not feeling well, he would always manage to pick me up. Sometimes when you’re not feeling like working out, afterwards it was always clear it was really worth.
He is a man that will stick with you when shit is going down. Always there with understanding, advice, kind words or just a supportive presence. I saw it first hand.
He was recommended to me by someone at Cornell, and I would do the same everyday. What I heard from others I know, I heard nothing but positive affirmations of different persons with different training styles and goals.

Great Coach, great guy! He’s attentive in session, and plans things out before hand. Has the right mix of consistency and changing things up so workouts don’t get boring and is very conscious of your goals and any injuries you might have. Works you hard, but tailors his demeanor to your needs ( I like a tough but friendly workout buddy - his baseline is fun nice guy, but I’m sure he can be more forceful and demanding if that’s what you need). Very science based, and is up to date on the latest methods and techniques. The only time I’ve ever been fitter was 30 years ago coming out of the Army- that I’m close is a testament to his training.

Kyle is a great trainer! After 3 years of PhD in Cornell my shoulder and back was feeling restricted almost every day and my body was also feeling heavy. One day I found out I couldn’t even finish walking from fall creek to Cornell campus without feeling exhausted. So I decided I really need some workout.
