I wanted to work with a trainer but didn’t want to join a gym. Alloy has been a great alternative. Even with six people in the class, I get personal attention. The exercises vary each class, and there are plenty of modifications to suit everyone. The staff is super friendly and supportive—they really take the time to work with you on your goals and what you need. I've been going for over a year now, and I wholeheartedly recommend Alloy to anyone who wants to boost their fitness and feel healthier overall.

Joining Alloy Personal Training has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. In just a short time, I’ve seen measurable improvements in my strength and endurance, and most impressively I’ve increased my bone density with their weight based regime. The coaches provide individualized guidance, keep sessions fun, and truly care about long term results. If you are looking for a place that delivers real progress, Alloy is it.

I started at Alloy in September ‘25 and attend 2 workouts /week. It’s really been great for me. Cassie and Tricia are very welcoming and friendly. They are incredibly knowledgeable and pay close attention to the individual needs/abilities of each person in a class. I love that the classes are small. The workouts are very challenging and modifications are offered at each station as needed. Other members are friendly and encouraging. There’s no pressure to “compete” with each other which is important to me.

I joined Alloy in February 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The small class sizes create a welcoming environment and the workouts are always varied-keeping your muscles challenged. The coaches are fantastic; they tailor each session to your ability and provide modifications when needed. Despite my sometimes unpredictable schedule, Alloy helps me stay consistent and accountable. Since joining, ive gained muscle, confidence and a place a truly look forward to going. I highly recommend Alloy to anyone looking for a supportive and effective fitness experience!

I started this program a little more than 3 months ago and I really cannot say enough about the staff, the workouts and my fellow members. I have been to many gyms and done many workouts/boot camps over the years and I think that this has to be the best. The trainers meet everyone at the level they are and encourage us in such a positive manner. Each class is a different workout and the small size classes make it so everyone gets the attention/ focus that they need. I highly recommend Alloy!!

Alloy Personal Training isn’t just a gym, it’s a community. From the moment you walk in, coaches Tricia and Cassie greet you by name and make you feel welcome. The vibe is warm, and the workouts are professional and energized. The coaches know your strengths and just how much to push you. I especially love the small group workouts. Everyone at Alloy is friendly, encouraging, and fun to work out next to. I also appreciate the accountability check-ins that track progress in multiple ways; seeing positive changes keeps me motivated. After joining, I not only found the change I needed, but I actually look forward to working out several times a week.

I wasn’t sure how alloy would be different from the other workout places in the area, but I gave it a chance. I absolutely love it the personalization the exercises from the coaches, and the camaraderie you develop with your classmates pushes you in every way.

Joining Alloy Personal Training has been the best decision I have made for my health and well-being. I've avoided strength training all my life, intimidated by the weights and gym culture as well as simply believing that my body "just isn't strong". Firstly, Alloy has shifted my perspective on how I approach fitness. The detailed body composition analysis I receive every 30 days helps me focus on what truly matters: how strong, balanced, and healthy my body is becoming - much more than solely focusing on a number on the scale. Their app has been a game-changer for me. It provides clear guidance on what macros I need which has helped me make much healthier decisions. But the real heart of the gym is the people. The trainers have created a welcoming and nonjudgmental space. They know when to push you and when to further support you to make sure you get the most out of your session. The Spirit Weeks help break up the month and instill some fun into our workouts as well as help create a sense of community. In a world obsessed with shortcuts and quick fixes, Alloy has reminded me that I can do hard things and doing them is worth it.

45m here. I'm around 35 workouts in. I go three times a week and lately keep hearing myself saying things like "There's no way I would have been able to do this when I started here." Feeling good, I'm stronger, leaner, more flexible, and have taken the coaches advice and dialed in my nutrition. Oh boy was I doing that wrong before! I'm still not perfect with the nutrition, but that's on me, not them. The facility is very nice (and clean) and the workouts change every day to engage the whole body. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Super helpful, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. I've very much enjoyed the small group sessions.
Once I got past the dread of how tired or sore or whatever that I was going to be the experience just gets more and more rewarding. The accountability check-ins, where progress is measured across a variety of metrics, is super helpful and I look forward to seeing how much progress I've made. So far it's been positive progress every time. Next week is my next one and I fully expect to see even more progress than last time, as I've been exchanging fat for muscle and it feels like that process is accelerating. It was about time I showed up for myself. Definitely recommend.

I am glad I joined Alloy Personal Training in Fayetteville. I was skeptical at first, but all the trainers really take the time to walk you through the moves. Because of the small class size if they see you are struggling they will give you a modification to still work the muscle group. Everyone, not just the trainers, is very supportive of each other. I would recommend Alloy in Fayetteville if you want to get stronger or just feel healthier. It is a great place to work out.

It can take a lot of energy to walk into a new fitness center and decide to give it a chance, especially if there have been less than positive experiences with other workout venues. Put your mind to rest. Alloy fitness is welcoming, clear about their mission, and so professional in their delivery of a stellar workout experience. Tailored to the individual, and skilled at offering modifications, Tricia and Cassie know how to meet a client where they are, and challenge them to claim their best, fittest, selves. I never imagined that my twice a week workouts would be way up there on things that I looked forward to each week, but here I am, loving this experience. Do yourself a huge favor and check this place out. You won't regret it!

Have had such a great experience with Alloy! Love that you get the personal attention of a personal trainer but also get the sense of community of working out with others. I have seen great results already and feel so much better. It's nice to get results without feeling like you are torturing your body every time you work out! I appreciate that all the workouts are safe and catered towards those over 40. And modifications are always offered. Definitely recommend Alloy to anyone!

From the coaches, to the work outs and all the people, I've never enjoyed working out so much. I really enjoy working with both Cassie & Tricia. They know your strength and they know exactly how to push you. I love that there's not a lot of people in each session, where both coaches can focus on each individual. Everyone involved is very nice to work out with. Alloy was a great choice to start the new year off!!

I've been going to Alloy for about 2 months now. The workouts are demanding and include strength and cardio elements. The coaches are very good and very much engaged. They adapt the workouts to match your level of fitness and work hard to make sure everyone's experience is positive. They'll push when you need it. If you are over-doing it they can see that and will make necessary adjustments. I have already noticed a difference in how I feel and perform in other activities / sports. If you are nervous about being around other people that might judge, don't be. My experience is the folks that show up are focusing on the work-outs and are nothing but encouraging to other people that are making the effort. Definitely recommend.

Alloy has been a great place for me to work on my health and wellness! Cassie and the coaches work with me and the others in small sessions, offering their expertise, enthusiasm and encouragement and helping to create a sense of community. I’ve met people who inspire me to work even harder, or to try something that’s really challenging, and I can see myself getting better and stronger. I could figure out how to do these workouts on my own but, as Alloy teaches, we’re STRONGER TOGETHER.

Edited to add!!! Hit my 25th work out (probably at 30-32 now).
Program really works. I’m feeling stronger and more mobile after each class. They also add some bonus fun sessions. We did a Christmas session there was even snowballs!
Cassie, Danielle and Trish are awesome.
Judgement free zone. Knowledge and caring trainers. Vigorous workout sessions with nice stretches before and after. Exercises can be modified to your ability. Danielle is a spitfire with a heart of gold. Cassie is a ball of energy! Both trainers are excellent.

I am so grateful to have found Alloy and trainers Cassie and Danielle. I have tried many different types of workout facilities over the past 10 years and have continued to hop around until I found Alloy. I’ve finally found something that keeps my interest, has different workouts and multi planer movements to keep it functional and challenging, has a Max class size of 6 people for more individual attention, accountability coaches to help me meet my personal goals, and is very flexible with scheduling/make ups, and cancellation at any time. As a busy mom of young kids, Alloy gets it and is on your team and will do whatever they can to support moms/caregivers. If you’re serious about getting healthy, and want to be more valued than just a number at another gym let Alloy help you achieve your personal goals! I have had nothing but a positive experience and truly enjoy the environment, workouts, coaches and support.

I absolutely LOVE Alloy Personal Training and I am SO glad they are here in Fayetteville! The workouts are exactly what I was looking for in terms of improving functional strength, promoting muscle definition, and increasing bone density. The workouts are challenging, effective and always changing to keep you on top of your game. The trainers, Cassie and Danielle, are personable, motivating and supportive! I love the small group format where you get personalized attention to help you reach your exercise goals while preventing injury. The little community we have formed helps keep us accountable to our new workout buddies. I look forward to my workouts and always feel amazing afterward. SO grateful Alloy is here! Highly recommend!!!

Joining Alloy has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was very athletic early in life and paid a price overtime. After many surgeries and even more years on the couch, it was intimidating to go to a gym. Within the first 5 minutes of talking with the person who I now consider to be my Coach I knew I was in. The classes are challenging but also completely doable. Every motion is thought out and adjusted so that I can benefit from the exercise without damage or embarrassment. Highest recommendation!
