I have tried yoga in the past and thought it wasn’t for me. Thankfully, I tried it again in order to support my dear friend’s daughter, Giana. What a blessing in my life, it is nothing I have experienced before. The minute you work in the door, the atmosphere is soothing, warm and inviting. The benefits have been amazing both physically and mentally. Giana has a gift to share. ❤️🙏

Gianna is one of the best yoga instructors that I've had the honor to take a class with. She has over 500hrs of YTT and a true passion for healing through her craft. You will leave this studio feeling a renewed peace within.
Highly highly recommend trying one of her classes. Lots of class styles for all levels and preferences from restorative yin to hot power to Pilates, and even some aerial yoga!

Feeling stuck in the day to day grind? Ananda yoga and wellness is a sanctuary to finding oneself again and regaining the confidence in one's inner power.

She also hosts yoga retreats so be sure to keep an eye out for those as well!

I could not recommend this place more, would give even more stars if possible; it's truly wonderful! The owner, Gianna, really is a kind and compassionate soul. Go check it out!

I had the pleasure of attending Ananda Yoga’s grand opening, and it was an exceptional experience. The studio is beautiful, welcoming, and peaceful. I participated in several classes led by instructor Gianna, who was fantastic. The location is convenient with plenty of parking, and the staff are warm and friendly. Class pricing is very reasonable, with flexible options to fit any schedule.

10/10 — I highly recommend Ananda Yoga to anyone in the CNY area looking for a new studio offering traditional, hot, aerial, and even Pilates.

Phenomenal space!
Warm, welcoming, and peaceful with a beautiful sense of community. Gianna is a thoughtful instructor with a strong passion for her craft. Both beginner and experienced students have various classes to choose from…..even offering aerial, hot yoga.classes and sound baths. I’ve never heard an instructor sing a Gyatri mantra in Sanskrit before today and it was just beautiful to hear!

Was there on opening day! Great vibe for all ages and they have a really nice place with an aerial set up too. Rates are reasonable compared to the other spots in the area..
