This gym is exactly what I was looking for! It’s open 24 hours which makes it super convenient no matter how busy my schedule gets. I love that it’s small and private, it never feels overcrowded and you can really focus on your workout. The small group classes are a great bonus, they’re personal and motivating without being intimidating. Everything is always clean and well-maintained, and the overall vibe is really welcoming. I have been a member here for 3 years but today I came in to speak to the staff about signing my 13 year old son up for a membership as well. I was assisted by Mike and Andrew. They were so warm, welcoming and encouraging. They spoke to him about how they wish they got to sign up for the gym at his age and how important fitness is. Tried this new gym after moving to white plains! I like that it has a studio room! The staff, Simone and Nick are so friendly and very helpful. This will be our go to gym from now on. It’s open 24/7 and doesn’t look crowded at 3pm on a Sunday.
Busiest time is on a weekday from 7-8pm so if you want to visit, check out the gym any other time.

I am so happy I switched gyms! First impressions I meet Simone who is an absolute gem! The gym is clean and all I smelled was the cleaning products. I was so happy I couldn't stop smiling. I signed up for Anytime Fitness with a one year contract and really enjoyed it for the majority of the year. It’s a nice, clean, convenient gym that has everything you need and some great classes. However, when I signed up, they advertised it as being very customer friendly, and breezed through the signup without allowing me to read any of the contract’s details. By the end of my year long contract I was 9 months pregnant. It worked out perfectly because I did not plan on renewing once the baby was born, especially since I would be leaving work and would not be receiving a paycheck. Turns out the gym automatically renewed my contract, charged me a renewal fee and the first month’s fee without notifying me in any way that the contract would be renewed. When I asked if this was a mistake they said it was in my contract (I was never made aware that autorenewal was even an option). They gave me extremely robotic responses both via email and on the phone, and did not seem interested at all in assisting me or even hearing my dilemma. I never intended on another year at this gym, and after the way they’ve dismissed my concerns, I will never be going back. My husband also tried to appeal to someone to let me out of my contract without paying the exorbitant cancellation fee (on top of the sneaky renewal fees that I originally wanted refunded) with no luck. He plans on cancelling his membership as well because Anytime Fitness clearly cares more about scamming members out of extra money than they do about their customers. This gym is really not worth the frustration or financial burden that it’s given us, especially not while we’ve been home with a newborn baby!

My trip to elmsford Anytime fitness was great. I met Eric one of the managers and trainers and a former Marine. And he looks it. Spotless facility great equipment Eric gave me a detailed tour and I enjoyed my week there.i am about to join a local anytime here in florida.because of this experience
