I've been a member here for a few years now and for the most part it is fine. I like that you can come anytime and there are normally machines to use. The staff is also amazingly friendly and seem to care. However some of the equipment has seen better days and dont always work 100% several of the treadmills need a serious tune up. Also they have a dog there most the time who is really friendly but also very loud and causes a lot of distractions and I worry it could easily startle someone causing injury. A gym is no place for a dog.

Beautiful gym! Fully stocked! Came in from out of town and absolutely loved this locations set up. It had everything I needed and was perfectly quiet at 7pm on a Saturday night. You have to have gym shoes (not outdoor footwear!) so just a heads up!

Nice place, but when you enroll you are immediately sent to a third party (foreign) billing company which ignores requests to immediately un-enroll or even stop renewals. When I called the branch to simply NOT renew and cancel the automatical renewal of my 12 month agreement after I moved (which you are allowed to do, else you would be enrolled for life), ABC Financial said they were happy to do so. I called two days later and they claim they had no idea about my request, and said they could not do so at the time even after an Anytime Fitness rep gave me their number to do so. When I asked to speak to a supervisor to have this handled - I kid you not - the representative came back on the line 3 minutes later trying to disguise her voice a little and claimed she was a supervisor. I called her out on it, she apologized, and sent me to a real supervisor after a 5 minute hold.

Unfortunately, if Anytime Fitness handled their billing internally or at least were represented by a competent third-party I would be giving them 4 stars (they are still a little overpriced vs. local 24-hour competitors). However, since their billing is handled by a shady third party who ignored my requests to cancel (as I'm contractually allowed to do), misrepresented themselves on the phone, took 48 hours to finally accept my request, and did everything to con me out of cancelling my auto renewal;I I can't recommend this.

There is no where else that is open 24 7 like them around. The ageing machines that don't always work leave you a little bitter about the locked in annual contract. If you are going to go during normal business hours I would recommend looking at other gyms.

Gym is very clean and provides a nice environment for people who plan to work out a little or even a lot. Plenty of space between machines and workout stations. Working out on your own time and your own pace is the best benefit. The owner cares a lot about the gym and the people who attend it.

One of the better ATF clubs around. Very clean and the staff is friendly. You can't beat the amount of cardio equipment and universal machines. The free weights are plentiful, but some are in need of a little TLC. Overall I would definitely recommend this gym and will be back if I'm ever passing through again. 1, 2, 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock.... Yeah, ANYTIME!

Free wieghts are ok, but the machines are like cheap cable type of machines. Wish there was hammer strength equipment, or just plate machines. Not renewing again, I'll prolly find a more modern gym. May be good for you if your simple.

Absolutely love this Lockport gym!! Convenient, no hidden fees(unlike other gyms) staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have "real" personal trainers who are great with workouts, diets and injuries. The gym is clean and well maintained. The new owners, for 1 year now,
are great with billing or any other problems that I've had.

The gym is clean and the staff very helpful. But when my 1 year contact ended, I wanted to cancel my wife's membership. It turned into a nightmare.

The gym staff told me that canceling memberships are out of there control, From there I was bounced around from person to person, and at one point I was told that I would have to write a letter to corporate to cancel. It took me two full months of phone calls and payments to cancel.

After all of that I had to cancel both of our memberships.

Clean gym, love the 24 hour access. A few squat racks so you never really need to wait.

Only issue is the billing. They sent me to collections after they automatically renewed my contract and I had change debit cards and move out of the state.
