All 3 treadmills upstairs dont work properly, & its been like this for over a year. One of them doesn't turn on at all, one of them has had a sign on it saying "temporarily out of order", & one has treads that are so bad it doesn't move at a consistent rate, & you can easily trip over the torn up treads. The bikes are also all old & crap, they dont even track your progress, you just have to guess.

I was coming in from out of town and tried to get a week pass to this location which required an appointment. I called 3 hours prior to my appointment and setup a time to meet. Upon arrival, I was given no instructions on how to enter the facility and someone inside let me in. I sat for approximately 30 minutes and she never showed up. I called the facility the next day and left a message for a call back and never received one. Seems poorly managed but a decent facility.

Love the atmosphere here. Typically arrive early mornings and a good group of people who are very friendly. Has all the weights and machines you would need. Has other amenities such as sauna and tanning that I don't use personally, but they are available upon request.

Great gym. Having both upstairs and downstairs is also a plus with all the room to focus on what you want to workout. The woman behind the desk is always nice and helps out with whatever you need.

This facility has any and everything you'd need to get in shape and stay healthy. Aside from the obvious perk of 24 hour access, you have trainers that run the gamut with a wealth of knowledge across all areas of physical fitness. The environment is inviting and non-judgmental as well! Thankful we have this gem right here locally.
