Begin with a no-cost consultation and movement assessment to identify strengths, limitations, and goals. From there, we'll create a workout plan that builds consistency and progress that works for you. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience, and the small group setting allows for focused attention while fostering motivation and accountability.

This is Megan Boyd, not Travis😁. Michael is my brother and my trainer. He doesn’t let me get away with anything as my trainer. He pushes me and encourages me to reach my full potential. Although I am not surprised, I am am in awe of Michael’s knowledge of what our bodies can actually do. He is completely client-centered.

Mike is a great personal trainer. I never thought this was something I could ever do. He not only tailors a plan to meet clients’ needs he also makes sessions fun. He is very in tune to what your body needs and is receptive to input from clients. I have been training with Mike since November 2024 and already I see a decrease in aches and pains experienced prior to starting. I have lost almost 20 pounds since starting with Mike and look forward to continue my training sessions!
