So I had visited Art of Strength a few weeks ago for a powerlifting meet they hosted as a spectator and the place is amazing. The event was set up really well and I congratulated the owner Max for having a great meet and a great gym. we already knew each other from another powerlifting meet I competed in.

But today I visited again to train for a big powerlifting meet. The equipment and the environment was amazing! I felt locked in as soon as I started lifting. 10/10 and I’ll be visiting again very soon.

I’ve spent the majority of my time lifting at gyms owned by the owners, they’ve done an excellent job keeping the places clean and stocked with the best equipment available. The fellow members are incredibly strong, supportive, and friendly. This is the place to be for powerlifting training on Long Island!
