This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a member of—and that’s largely thanks to the incredible staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the locker rooms, is friendly and professional. I want to give a special shoutout to Gosia, one of the swim instructors. Her sessions are not only fun but also thoughtfully personalized. She tailors each workout to your needs, helping you build a consistent routine and steadily improve your skills, all within an encouraging and supportive environment. I can’t recommend her enough!

The facility is excellent, and the staff is both friendly and helpful. They work tirelessly to ensure that the locker and shower rooms are well stocked with the necessary supplies. 👎🏻Massive downside (besides the $$$$ very pricey monthly membership fee) is that the club lacks any windows 🪟 (or cell phone service / similar to most of the nearby Equinox’) cause the club is totally underground.

Equipped with a full size pool, freshly laundered workout clothing, an amazing staff (I recommend Cliff as a personal trainer), a great masseuse, and an excellent array of equipment. Even a jacuzzi and sauna.

I've already personally convinced multiple people to join. This place rocks.

Worst ever company. They are acting like scam.
"We will refund you if you cancel with 3days" I Paid lil over $200.
Mar 2nd: I joined
Mar 5th: Canceled membership
Mar 5th: $29 refund
I Kept asking full refund, they kept saying "We sent a check, then we would send this "Friday" x2, which never happened" for over a month and stopped answering my email. So I felt they were stealing my money, and decided to get help from someone else, went to the bank to get full refund. Once they involved FINALLY this company sent me a check (it wasn't even came in original payment method) and received it on Apr 18th. If I didn't make an action to the bank prob they kept my money. Be careful. and make sure to get cancellation rules on the paper when u sign up for your protection.

I bought a membership which includes an individual locker. When I came first time front-desk gave me a key. As I assumed this locker is supposed to be mine I left my stuff there. When I come next time and ask for my key a person in the front is telling me that lockers are not private and if left something there it’s probably placed in Lost and Found in a plastic bag. I said that locker is included in my membership, and the answer was that front is not aware of my membership details, after that gentlemen checked another box with private lockers keys and notified me that he doesn’t see anything under my name. At this point I took the plastic bag with my stuff and left.

So expect no communication between sales department and customer service and be prepared to manage all your questions when sales people are in.

Facilities are good though. Club looks pretty old but in good condition and clean. Towels and uniform are provided which is helpful. That’s all positive I can tell as I was signed up, been there successfully just once and had to resign right after.

Great place. Very clean, all equipment is super well maintained and never down. The aesthetics are old but I’m here to sweat not look fabulous. The sauna and pool are the main perks that differentiate this place, besides the fact that it’s centrally located right in the center of Manhattan and I can access it via the 30 Rock subway tunnel.

I was looking for a swimming pool and found them on google map. The staff was very nice, the place was clean, organized and I got everything I needed. One thing to note is that you need to book swimming ahead of time (they booked it for 30 min but let me stay longer as it was not 100% booked).

I am a new member but could not speak more highly about the professionalism of the establishment and their no-hassle membership office. Madeline , the membership director, is direct and helpful and so pleasant to deal with unlike the high pressure staff at many city gyms. The place is spotless and the locker room crew (Jose) is as helpful as possible in making your visit enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and don’t mind trading a view for the attention to detail in this place
