I’ve been training at Athletic Strength Club for the past two summers, and it has truly been a game changer for me. As a D3 college soccer player, staying strong during the off-season is so important, but before coming here, I never really enjoyed lifting on my own.
I first joined the club because I wanted a supportive community to make working out more enjoyable—and that’s exactly what I found! Training here completely changed my mindset about getting stronger. Working out alongside a group of girls my age and having coaches who genuinely care has made all the difference. The workouts push me to give my best, and the consistency has helped me see real progress.
I’ve worked with all the coaches in different specialties—strength/lifting, Pilates, speed, and agility—and each one has been incredibly helpful and supportive. I’m so grateful to have found such a positive environment, and I can’t wait to keep training and getting stronger.
A huge thank-you to Coach Rob and the entire team for creating such an encouraging space!

I've tried a lot of fitness spaces, but Rob's Athletic Strength Club is different. It's not about trendy circuits or cult vibes, it’s about real strength training, progress, and community support. Rob and his trainers truly meet you where you are, push you to grow, and make personal connections that matter. My teenage son and I feel motivated every time we walk in. All ages, all backgrounds, one goal: get stronger.

ASC this place it is not for the faint of heart, if you are really serious about losing weight and stay healthy, well you came to the right place. Kyle, Rob and Micah will bring you into the best version of yourself. This is not a gym, this is a place where people care about you and your health. Take it from me I hate working out but Kyle, and Rob make sure I don’t quit and I love that.

My son has been training with Athletic Strength Club since June 2024. He has seen such a big difference and continues to work on his goals every session. He looks forward to every session and always comes home with new information. A BIG factor in his success comes from working with Coach Rob and Coach Kyle. They care about each person and they take the time to focus on individual needs, obstacles and personal goals. I cannot recommend this club enough. It's also great to follow them on Instagram and see the "in the moment" process and progress. Thank you Athletic Strength Club for providing so much! We are BIG fans.

I went to Coach Rob and ASC to help me prepare for my kettlebell certification with StrongFirst. My visits to ASC were productive, full of support and encouragement, and grounded in excellent coaching and cueing. Every time I walked through the doors of the club, I felt welcomed by the other coaches, students and of course, Coach Rob. The at home training programs that Coach Rob gave me were highly effective as well. Coach Rob would check in with me to see how my home training was going and would provide further encouragement and advice on how to keep my training going in the right direction. Not only did I see a change in my physical self, but I also felt a shift in my spirit and mind. Working with Coach Rob at ASC was one of the most positive physical, mental and emotional experiences I’ve had in my lifetime. And yes, I successfully achieved my kettlebell certification… Thanks to Coach Rob at ASC!

Having an amazing ‘newbie’ experience at Athletic Strength Club! In just six short weeks of working with Rob, I’ve lost over 19 total inches, 14 pounds, and nearly 5% body fat. The gym is incredibly welcoming, and the support from everyone is fantastic. The personalized programs truly make a difference by tailoring workouts to my body’s needs-especially with certain limitations. Helping with nutritional guidance is also a bonus. Not just what to eat, but when to eat it. I can’t wait to see what the next six weeks bring!

I'm not the one to write reviews, but it would be unjust if I didn't write about the athletics strength club. Coach Rob is a fantastic person with a good personality and positive energy. Coach Rob exemplifies himself with integrity and earns the trust of his students every day with a positive approach. When you do this, you set high standards for yourself and your business. When you do so with positive energy and enthusiasm and share student's goals, that becomes your purpose, and you can deeply connect with your students. He is highly knowledgeable in strength coaching and well-educated in health nutrition. I am on a health journey, and having someone who can understand my needs and help me process my goals is crucial. He has guided me every step of the way. He always answers your questions and is there for you when needed. No business goes above and beyond their services except Coach Rob @ Athletics Strength Club. The gym's environment is positive, and everyone I have met there is amiable and competitive in a good way. I am 46, and I continue to push my boundaries. Coach Rob has inspired me to evolve into a strong performer and a great athlete. I recommend this place if you want to fulfill your health/fitness journey with the proper nutrition guidance. The greatest coaches aren't just game changers; they are life changers.

Athletic Strength Club is like no other gym around. Rob is super knowledgeable about functional movement and really cares about his clients. If something hurts or does not feel right he works with you to do corrective exercises to make you move and feel better.
The ASC community is amazing. Everyone is super friendly, encouraging, motivating and supportive. It’s all positive energy at ASC!!! It’s a great place to train!

I am so happy to be working with Rob again. He is the best trainer I have ever worked with. He sincerely cares about his clients and takes the time to understand my specific issues/injuries. Instead of pushing me to do standard exercises, he gives me ongoing alternatives that allowed me to work out safely and effectively. This has made all the difference for me as I can now work out consistently where, in the past, I would have quit out of frustration.
Rob also has extensive knowledge of functional movement and focuses on my mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance. I feel so much stronger than a year ago. I really appreciate all of his advice and guidance. Thanks, Rob!

Rob has been an amazing coach from day 1 !!! Always encouraging and he customized all my workouts to

This place is awesome. What makes this gym much better then your average gym is one, the trainers - both Rob and Myles push you and motivate you to lift some heavy things you didn't think you could and get you to your goals. Two the people, showing up is not a chore because everyone is there for a common goal and along the way we have a really good time and lots of laughs. Overall, I couldn't recommend a better place to get fit and have fun.

Where do I begin. Rob is by far one of the best coaches I’ve trained with. I’ve done the global gyms, CrossFit gyms, trained solo etc but the 1 hour I train with Rob leaves me asking myself each time “why did I come in today?” but when I’m done I could not be happier with myself for showing up. Rob pushes me to go 1% more each time I walk in the door. Now 1% may not sound like much but in my field 1% is the difference between going home in 1 piece. I’ve made significant gains in my health, eating habits, strength (I’m becoming a beast). Asides from being a great coach I consider Rob my friend. I work odd hours & days & he is always available to me for articles to read up on, supplements, checking in on how I’m feeling etc. Come in & check the place out. Tuesday & Thursday sometimes at 6:30pm you’ll catch me sweating & looking like I hate my life but I’ll shoot you a smile & tell you it’ll be the best decision you make signing up.

Rob has been my trainer and fitness coach for over five years and I could not be more satisfied. Rob is an expert trainer, coach and student of strength and fitness. Rob is able to craft an ongoing and flexible program to suit an array of goals, one that is dynamic and responsive to the needs of the client. Rob is constantly expanding and evolving his knowledge base and I have been the beneficiary of his expert guidance. Rob always remains focused on the client and has been able to provide me programming regardless of equipment, during recovery post injury and programs while away traveling. I have confidence too that any other coaches or trainers that Rob chooses to collaborate with or have work under him will be of the highest quality.
