We are a private training studio offering semi private and personal training sessions focused on quality strength training for:

- Losing unwanted body fat

We mainly serve busy working adults over 35.
We are NOT a bootcamp or group class studio. These are high quality, effective and fun training sessions individualized to each client

Have only been with Adam about a month and it’s been very exciting. Starting to understand how the body should work versus what so many of us have done wrongly for years. Seeing scale victories and non scale victories, but more importantly, understanding why. Adam is an excellent teacher and coach!!

I’ve worked with Adam on and off for years with challenge groups, but finally took the plunge and started working one on one since I’m starting medication to help manage diabetes and weight loss.
Along with the workouts he puts me through, his support with nutrition (including meal templates that are easy to follow and helping me truly make changes that will last) has made a tremendous difference in my health and weight loss goals, and we’ve only been working together for a month. He’s an excellent communicator and is great about giving small tips and adjustments to challenges that have popped up during the week in a timely manner.
If you’re on the fence, I would highly recommend making the investment and joining Adam. You won’t regret it!

I’ve been working with Adam for about 18 months. I reached out to him after he was recommended by a friend. My goal was to learn how to incorporate sustainable good health, fitness, and nutrition habits that would insure my ability to stay fit and active as I moved into my 60’s and beyond. I had been exercising, resistance training, running for a lot of years but need some coaching in tying it all together. Adam has been amazing! First off I dropped about 25 pounds and have seen recognizable changes in my body comp. Most importantly I changed how I live day to day by paying attention to consistent good practices. Adam has been a huge help for me in my powerlifting-style training. In a time where it’s so easy to get overwhelmed with all the information we have access to in regards to fitness and nutrition, Adam has showed me to stick to the basics. While my goals are focused more on building strength and muscle, Adam has many other clients who have different goals, such as weight loss. Adam is so much more than a fitness and nutrition coach. He is a healer. His approach is soft and slow: he won’t yell at you for eating a cookie or tell you you need to walk out of the gym in pain. He spends time truly getting to know you and your lifestyle so that he can help you see for yourself what needs fixing and so that you can establish your own habit changes. And once you do, you won’t go back. Even during the most stressful times in your life, you will know exactly what to do and how to pull through. I finished Adam’s program several months ago and I am still in the gym a min 3x per week and eating the way I did when I was with him and lost more than 20 lbs. He didn’t teach me how to “workout” or “diet” - he taught me how to live and find my best self. His guidance is with me daily and his coaching has completely changed my life.

Adam helped me get my mind right around nutrition which I struggled with my whole life. Instead of trying to overwork a poor/blind diet he gave me less but more effective workouts. The mindset was my main struggle and he was basically a therapist with easy access to help me think through why i made poor food choices. He definitely opened my eyes that this doesn't have to be a painful experience. It really just takes planning, consistency and some discipline. After 3+ months of working together I am down 30 pounds being 8 months postpartum and I credit my bounce back to him.

In just 4 months with Adam, I learned so much about myself, this process and just how easy it really can be. I lost just shy of 20lbs, I sleep better, I have a better relationship with food, I became so much stronger and I'm still able to enjoy my life without being the "I can't eat that" girl. Adam’s program is individualized to my goals and available time (busy mom of 3), it’s simple and easy to follow, he uses an app and weekly check-ins. The best part, that I didn’t understand at first, is that Adam does a lot with mindset coaching – which is really what sets him apart from the rest. He’s always available to ask questions and really does care about each one of us who’s worked with him. If you’re like me and have tried all the “lost weight fast” programs without success – give Adam a shout! I worked with Adam for 4 months and he’s unlike any other personal trainer I have worked with. His special combination of strength training, nutrition, and mindset coaching is really, really effective. He’s very easy to talk to and I always felt like he had my personal goals in mind. Over the four months, I got stronger and my body composition definitely changed - I’m more toned, and even more importantly, I have gotten noticeably stronger.
