I’m so glad I discovered these classes back in early May. I’ve been absolutely hooked ever since! Each session is steady, deliberate, and low-impact but incredibly intense. The NIH-heated room adds a detoxifying element that makes the workout feel transformative. It’s a true full-body experience that challenges every muscle and leaves you feeling amazing for the rest of the day. I even crave it when I’m traveling and can’t go — nothing else compares!

Barnyard Fitness’ heated infrared class is hands down the sweatiest and best workout ever! The heat takes it to the next level, but the focus on proper form and constant good vibes makes it fly by. I walked out feeling absolutely amazing, like I’d just done something incredible for my body and mind. Both Mini and Daniella are total rockstars motivating, knowledgeable, and so much fun. Highly recommend if you want to push yourself and leave glowing literally!

Hands down the best workout class in the Hamptons, I leave this class feeling so good every time. It’s a mix between strength, Pilates and sculpt, the room is heated but not uncomfortably hot so you can really get through the workout. Brooke kicks my ass every time and it’s clear she takes great pride and care of her clients and what she does. The music and vibes are always amazing, I really wish there was a class like this in NYC, couldn’t recommend enough!!

Over the last year I’ve really got back into my fitness and health. I go to the gym regularly on my own & have tried different classes around and they just weren’t what I was looking for. I signed up for the “STRONG” class & it was exactly what I had been looking for.
The class is at the Butter Lane Barn, where other fitness activities are offered also. If you’re familiar with the area it’s where on of the SoulCycle’s is located during the summer. Brooke who is the owner as well as the instructor was incredible. There were about 10 other people in the class. She took the time with each person to show proper technique & to educate each of us on what muscle group that particular exercise was hitting.
The studio was great also, great music/playlist for the workout and all of the equipment that was used was in very good shape. You can tell it’s taken care of really well. As I said before, I work out typically 4-5 times weekly, after the session I was spent, but felt incredible. Was a little sore the next day which I loved.
If you’ve been searching for somewhere to go, I highly recommend giving BarnYard a try, it went well beyond my expectations & Brooke was a phenomenal instructor. I’ll be going back as much as possible, any of you all who are into fitness, or looking to get back into it and start a routine. This is the spot! Theres an app also that’s easy to download and schedule your class!
