Absolute amazing coach and person! Has coached my son the past 2 years he is now 13 years old heading international for the 3rd year in a row to fight for Team USA in the art of Muay Thai. This year he finished second at states for wrestling and Brandon just keeps him firing on all cylinders! Start training with Brandon and you will not be disappointed with the results as long as you put in the work. ( Not to mention the puppy love)

BBBAUM is a great gym! Hands down, the best place to work out in Troy, NY. The environment is clean, the equipment is top of the line and the coach Brandon is attentive, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. The group classes are tons of fun and a great work out and the private personal training is perfect if you want to bring your fitness to the next level!

I took a beginner mobility course and it was a lot of fun! The movements were easy to do but hard enough to make you think about the motion and how it's affecting your flexibility. Coach James was awesome, and worked with our group to make us feel comfortable through the circuit. He emphasized movement and motion over weight and power, and we never felt peer pressured or judged to be as good as any unrealistic standard.

The trainer, coach James, was very knowledgeable and kind. The classes are fit for you to go at a pace that feels comfortable so whether you are newer to this kind of training or a more seasoned athlete, you will get a lot from a session. The facility was also spacious and clean and there are many options for different forms of personal and class training.

I had a great experience with my first class at this gym. The one personal trainer James helped me learn some great exercises that were actually really fun. He was able to explain the exercise in a way that made sense to me and it didn’t make me want to give up. I wholeheartedly would go to another one of his classes.

I’m currently coming to a few promo group classes that are available in August but I’m already loving it! I’ve discussed starting a monthly membership with Coach Brandon after the promo classes are done. The workout templates are fun and easy to follow, and the gym is clean and organized. I leave each class feeling like I actually accomplished something and got a good workout for the day. Brandon adjusts the exercises to fit your fitness level, and you can gradually start making them more challenging. But what’s great is that he actually cares about posture and ensuring you don’t hurt yourself. Even in a group setting it feels like individualized attention, which you won’t find in many other gyms! Definitely recommend.
