I did 3 months of training with Jesse via FaceTime, seeing as I’m in California and he’s in New York. I thought it was going to be challenging but it wasn’t at all. I loved how informative he is and how he would challenge me. Before each session I’d tell myself that it was for just an hour cause he wouldn’t let me take long breaks lol, but he helped me get over my first plateau. Definitely worth it and definitely will be taking more sessions with him in the near future.

Grateful to meet Jesse. He is more than a trainer for me. Not only did he lift my spirits emotionally but he checks in with me weekly! Jesse is such an incredible trainer. His energy is always amazing. Even when you show up with low energy, his vibrant mood will automatically uplift you. What I love most about training with Jesse is that he pushes me more than i push myself and understands when to pivot. I remember one day asking Jesse if he knew about cycle syncing workouts because I was cramping due to my period and had a session that morning, 30 minutes later when i showed up, Jesse had an entire new routine to still get a full workout that wouldn’t cost me too much energy. As a person with PCOS this honestly made my heart smile, its important for me to stay healthy and move my body in order to keep my symptoms under control and it was nice to know i have a trainer that truly cares about my well being and my goals. I would recommend Jesse any day and im super grateful that i found him!

Jesse helped me start my fitness journey. I went from no activity due to some previous health issues to being able to do squats, lunges, planks, etc. correctly. I'm convinced that Jesse is the best personal trainer in NYC, no doubt! His positivity and energy are out of this world, and he truly cares about people and wants to see them be their best selves.

I've been doing weekly virtual workouts with him for a while. He's always on time and really makes me work. But even though he pushes me he pays close attention to make adjustments to my workouts if I need them.

He holds me accountable by checking in with me and offers nutrition advice too. The workout plan he has me on is excellent and I'm definitely seeing results. If you're thinking about hiring a personal trainer then you need to contact Jesse.
