I trained with Elizabeth for about a year and the experience was amazing. From the first lesson, she took the time to understand my fitness goals and built a personalized plan that was both challenging and achievable with my busy schedule. I am 19 and wanted to start taking care of myself early, and Elizabeth did such a fantastic job of teaching me everything I need to know before I go back to college. She is very sweet and very open to adjusting the workouts based on your needs

Elizabeth is patient and thorough. She can discern between what you truly "can't" do or what you "think" you can't do. Her regiment is the "Goldilocks" of training: not too hard...not too soft...just RIGHT.
She is also great with giving homework so you can continue the workouts when you are not in session with her. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to get healthier and stronger.

I’ve been training with Elizabeth of bdy/pwr for several months, exclusively online. Within that short time, I’ve seen very positive results. Prior to that, I had a series of back spasms. I thought I was an active person, but the painful spasms, and my orthopedic, made me realize I needed to do more, and that’s where bdy/pwr came in. Each exercise Elizabeth walks me thru is personalized to not agitate, but strengthen my back, and the supporting muscles. I refer to her as the “body whisperer” as she can pinpoint my tight spots or weaknesses and further customize the exercises. After training with her for several months, I am stronger, more flexible, have more defined muscle tone, and overall feel more confident in my body. My back feels great now and I actually look forward to working out!

Elizabeth is a very skilled & knowledgeable trainer, who is very passionate about producing results for her clients, meeting them where they are in their fitness journey… her energy is infectious, & whether you have a morning session & are struggling to get moving or an evening session & feel like you have no energy left after a demanding day, do not worry, she will get you going in no time, & leave you feeling incredible & full of energy!!! Having been diagnosed with MS in 2020, balance, movement, and strength training became integral to my physical well-being. I began training with Elizabeth of BDY/PWR in February 2024 and both my physical and mental health have vastly improved since. I began seeing results fairly quickly (hello bicep!) which motivated me to continue and now I’m hooked. My energy level has also skyrocketed. Elizabeth continually touches base with me on new personal goals and areas of my body I would like to continue to improve on, incorporating beneficial reps/sets and nutrition advice into our weekly workouts. The best trainer that I've ever worked with; Elizabeth is incredibly fun, patient, encouraging and inspiring!

BdyPwr, Elizabeth Vargas is a wonderful coach. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t still be working out in my 80’s. Elizabeth is very personal to your needs!
She covers everything from your workout to your nutrition. Really cares about her clients and the success in their journey in and outside of the gym. She has a great personality that makes the classes enjoyable. I don’t think you could ask for a better trainer!
